Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Location decent Definitely didn’t like or understood. Why would they charge their guest for parking out of the deposit They will withdraw $10 maybe per night. I only stayed one night real disappointed.

Superb

It was pleasure and very clean Close to a lot of stores

Great room. Comfy and clean Meals

Great stay even while under major construction. Staff was amazing as always.

Exceptional

:)

This property is currently under construction and there’s no mention of that until you book the room and then you get a note from the location letting you know. There is major renovation going on and this should be noted prior to allowing you to book a room there.

The key cards weren’t working

Exceptional

Disappointing

The staff are friendly and efficient

Hotel was under repair. The Expedia website said nothing about this. The entrance was far away because of the construction. Not safe for a woman by herself to try and check in. The grounds were unsafe and it was very scary late night checking in. The hotel accommodated me by allowing me to check out and cancel my stay at no charge.

Had no issues.

unfortunately the hotel was being remodeled so it was empty and a lot of equipment on site

Clean room

THEY HAD BED BUGS!!!!! I WOKE UP WITH BITES ALL OVER MY LEGS AND THEY ITCHED BAD

Exceptional

None of the amenities they advertise are currently open or available. They also have a cat that stays inside the lobby area, so if you have allergies, beware. The room itself looked like it had been updated, but unfortunately it was dirty. There was a nicotine pouch stuck to the ceiling, dirt and hair all over the floors, and the TV didn’t work at all—it just kept displaying a “service error.” Overall, the condition of the property was completely different from what is advertised. Had we known the entire property was under construction and the amenities were unavailable, we never would have booked here.

Rooms were clean but hotel is on full construction. No restaurant, no pool area. Only a few rooms were available. Would not stay again until construction is finished.
