La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport

The carpets throughout the hotel were nasty and dirty with Stains everywhere. Our rooms carpet smelled so bad that we kept spraying freshener. I went to put my clothes in the drawers, but they smelled also, so I kept my clothes in my suitcase. We got 2 double beds and the bed my husband slept in squeaked so much it kept me up all night. So overall I would not stay at this property again.

Great quiet location

Hotel is welcoming from the exterior and landscaping; inside could use some work with stained carpets and pet odor. Room had some sort of odor as well and a thick sort of air quality about it. Otherwise a great location, good selection of landscaping trees, flowers and layout, friendly staff, and decent breakfast offering.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. We were very comfortable while staying at this facility. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service was concerning. Our room was not cleaned at all, the towels weren’t replaced, and the bed was never made. I’m not sure if this was an oversight or normal practice, but it was definitely unexpected for us.

The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again.

There was not much special about the property It was not very clean. The room had an odor.

Room not available when we arrived. Their excuse was that they have 8 floors compared to other hotels. Sink was clogged and bed had a dip in the middle. Carpet along the hallway was very dirty.

Breakfast is good and the staff is always helpful

It is at convenient location and staff was nice and breakfast was okay it is the same thing everything single day, if you stay more than 3 days you will eat the same thing every day, and when had an issue with the tv and we call to check the tv and cable but they came and they said they will be back and never return I reported to the lobby the day I left because we waiting for 2 days.

Room was dirty and outdated.

The room itself was decent but just more attention to detail would have made this a more pleasant stay. It only takes that little extra effort from staff to wipe down and pick up. I do want to say that the staff I came across were friendly. Thanks!
