My room was clean, and old-style, meaning, it was large enough to accommodate a desk with 2 chairs, and a bureau. The hallways and the stairwell/stairs were in poor shape, and my recommendation is to clean those carpets and sweep the stairwells. But the staff were the stars, all of them were so helpful, even on my early departure, they told me nicely that a hotel shuttle was available by reservation for just $5, and I'd already committed to a ride-share for $14. So, a scruffy hotel but great people.

Rooms were dated and had a musty smell. There's no housekeeping unless you request for it the day before!! I requested for housekeeping on Day 2/3 and was rejected! When asked for clean towels, I have to go to lobby to retrieve. They couldn't deliver it!? Most of the staff was friendly. However the graveyard shift staff was NOT helpful when we complained about a partying noisy room next to us at 3am. He was very rude and said there's nothing he can do for us and said for us to call the police. Won't be staying here again!!

This is my 2nd time using this hotel for my staycation. And I have been satisfied both times. Nice size room, clean and the breakfast is yummy.
