Didn’t like that assistant manager lies telling I had to leave because I was there more then 25 day but I was there way past that Then puts me on dnr because I’m a victim of demonic violence and ex found me like it’s wrong and not okay. But assistant manager should have been honest not lie and put me on a dnr should.been clear about it at least because other then that I never had issue my room paid on time so it sad to treat people like that when they have no control over the situation but I’m glad they did this because I rather waste my money else where

They didn't replace used towels unless you asked or empty the trash in the rooms. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The continental breakfast was another highlight everything was fresh, hot, and consistently replenished. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I would gladly return!

I do not have anything good to say about this hotel other than it was close to the airport. The hotel is not in a good area. I did not walk anywhere because I did not think it was safe. The staff was nice, but not overly helpful. They advertise a workout room but it looked like someone stole all of the weights off the weight rack. There was 1 set of dumbbells. I tried 3 different exercise machines in the workout room and none of them worked. There were dirty towels lying around the gym. I ran into 2 women on the elevator who were on their way down to the front desk because of issues with their room. The carpet in the room felt dirty.

The hotel was dirty! Bathroom were disgusting, I paid a pet fee to stay in a room that smelled and had food left on the floor from the previous guest.

Poor. No coffee. Not clean Clean the entire property. Repairs needed. I had to request housekeeping vacuum the carpet because there was food all over it when I entered the room. Bathroom was disgusting and paint was peeling off of the bath tub and door.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest, but it also wasn’t terrible. Some of the furniture is definitely older and worn out and could use replacing. We booked one of the Deluxe Rooms, which are the more upgraded rooms, so that helped make the stay a little more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good with a decent variety of options. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, oatmeal with a few toppings, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, and waffle mix with waffle makers so you could make fresh waffles. The biggest plus for us was the location! We were there for a concert at Toyota Arena, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to the venue, which was super convenient. If you’re coming into town for an event at Toyota Arena and only need a place for a night or two, this is a really convenient option. We also used the pool during our stay. The pool area could definitely use some maintenance and updating, but it was still nice to have the option. Overall, I’d say this is a good budget-friendly spot if you’re mainly looking for convenience and a place to stay for a concert or event at Toyota Arena. It’s not a luxury hotel and could definitely use some updating, but for a short one- or two-night stay and the price, it worked out well for us!
