Embassy Suites Ontario Airport

The couch in our room had questionable white stains on the couch cousin.

Good breakfast

Bed clean. Breakfast was great with awesome smiling staff. sofa was filthy and worn out Fine prints and surcharges. I am Hilton Honors member and despite that, the hotel offered late checkout with a $100 charge (rooms were available). So they do not follow hilton honors. Additional Parking charge seems unreasonable

Breakfast was very good. A/C would nit turn off. TV did not work right. Shower handle fell off while in shower, all was reported. Manager was called she fav we visit credit fir parking abd so we gave ys HILTON HONORS points. But it really was not worth being cold all night. I ambtruky sorry, as we love Embassy Suites.

When you first walk in the hotel is beautiful it was clean. The floors was clean. The staff at the front desk was great to work with very accommodating.

The accommodations are meticulously maintained, offering a tranquil environment. Breakfast includes custom-prepared omelets and scrambled eggs, alongside a selection of other items. The staff provides exceptional service.

At check-in their system was down, so they couldn't verify that I had already prepaid for the room. Later that evening, after the system came back online, my credit card was charged a second time for the room. Although they corrected the mistake, it caused unnecessary stress and interrupted our evening. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The toilet in our room was not working when we arrived, so we had to request maintenance immediately. The following day, our room had still not been cleaned by 2:00 p.m., and I had to contact the front desk before housekeeping serviced it. We also discovered that someone had damaged the bed cover of my pickup truck while it was parked at the hotel. When we asked for assistance, we were simply told to file a police report because management was unavailable. The final disappointment happened on the day of departure. I had received approval for a late checkout until 11:30 a.m., but at 10:59 a.m. housekeeping opened our room door anyway. Fortunately, we were simply resting, but this should never happen after a late checkout has been approved. Overall, there were too many issues during one stay. I expected much better service, communication, and attention to detail from an Embassy Suites.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly kind and efficient. The room was clean, the parking felt safe, the area was nice and felt safe. Highly recommend, will choose embassy suites any time I can :)

No Netflix, old TVs. No AC. Outrageous deposit. B.S. charges taken from deposit. Just horrible. Embassy Suites never again.

Awesome experience!

It was wonderful, the staff was very professional and informative. The wait staff were very accusative. When I arrived at my suite it was hot! Ontario in July is brutal! I turned on the air conditioner. I couldn't tell if it was on or not! After a few minutes. I went to the phone there was only one, by the bed side. Not a large problem an extra one by the sofa would have been nice. The really problem was I call the front desk and nobody answered the phone. After the phone ringing over five minutes I hung up and then called back the same result! I washed my face and fixed my hair after a long drive. By that time about 20 minutes I could feel the room cooling down. Went down stairs and the front desk staff were just standing there. Not sure where the phone rang to. Heads up to front desk staff let your guest know that the room may be warm/hot. The air conditioner will be quite and take about fifteen minutes in July to cool down.
