The extra amenities were good - happy hours & breakfast.

Nicely set up and the rooms was great. Can’t remember the young man’s name at the counter but he was very helpful and on point with his work

The breakfast was included in my stay. I enjoyed all the items and the egg station chef was amazing. The staff were very nice.

This was especially difficult because I am currently dealing with several health issues and recovering from recent medical treatment. The excessive heat made my condition worse and made it very difficult for me to rest and recover. I am disappointed that this issue was not resolved during my stay and would appreciate someone contacting me to discuss this matter and a possible resolution.

I didn't have a chance to have breakfast. I made a reservation with a price showed. Requested a king bed and early check in. When I got there they told me there were no rooms available. I got checked in for a 2 queen beds room, and they charged me an additional $100 for early check in..

Better Communication with staff. We paid for a late check out but cleaning staff opened our room door despite the do not disturb sign.

The cleanliness and breakfast The staff member named Diana at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. She should be fired and not allowed to work in customer service again.

Room and facilities were good. Parking was a challenge. Had to pay for parking and ended up parking on the street because the parking lot was full after I and others circled for more than 10 minutes.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service despite the challenges they may be facing. The only thing that I didn’t like to be honest was the bananas they look like they keep them in the refrigerator and I feel like if that’s the only thing that I can find to complain about they’re doing pretty good
