David is the worse person i rver met

If you come to stay here, be prepared to receive very poor and disrespectful customer service from the assistant manager, David.

However, the assistant manager, David , is a completely different story. He argues with guests, is extremely rude, and threatens people by saying he is going to call the police. I even witnessed him treating an older woman this way. He also told me that I had to check out when I actually had an active reservation and did not need to leave. He seems to have very little understanding of how hotel reservations work, and the way he treats guests is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend dealing with the manager or any other member of the staff, but avoiding David

Property need more and better maintenance smell like peeing dog s*** all around the front door

The property in the inside of the hotel could be a little bit more cleaner.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the property is terrible. A lot of dog manure outside of the property the rooms are not clean as well as they should be

I booked room 138. False advertisement. I wish I could get a refund. I wish I got my money back. My mom would have probably had a cleaner experience at a motel 6. I would have saved so much money. I'm extremely disappointed this was our first time. I took pictures. She just checked out this morning. It was disgusting. Carpet was filthy walls were dirty. Furniture was extremely old. The vent above the stove does not turn on. There's a sign you have to open your window. There is no swimming pool. It's filled with cement and it's locked. It's not your Continental breakfast that you think it is. The last breakfast was only instant oatmeal packages and coffee. When we arrived our room was not ready. At 3:00. We had to wait a half an hour and the groceries we just bought got really warm because we had to wait a half hour. Our food was in the car. We did not have an ice chest and it was such a hot hot day. We thought our room would be ready and we can put our food in the fridge once we checked in but of course that didn't work. Anywho, the property outside is pretty gross. Lots of dog poop everywhere. People don't pick up their cigarette butts and the trash is always overfilled. It's pretty gross anyways.... Just thought I'd save someone money. You should book somewhere else.

Property poorly maintained pictures of the property also showed a working pool the pool has been filled in and no longer amenity each room smelled like stale cigarette smoke absolutely never stay here again right up against the freeway so all you heard was traffic all night long all day long very disappointed in this property if I could give it a zero star rating I would. Pictures must have been from when it opened it is now run down poorly maintained really disappointed in my stay I actually ended up leaving early and staying at a much better place just a few blocks down

Went to a concert in Toyota arena and this hotel was walking distance, which made it perfect. There were a few things that didn’t work but We only needed it for one night so it was feasible. The shower rod was at a weird angle so the shower curtain didn’t close all the way. We turned the lights on and it didn’t stay on, we had to try twice. Also we neve got the remote to work and if you want WiFi you need to pay Extra.

First and foremost, you're getting what you paid for. There was some chips in the wall paint, scratches on the desks, the microwave dish was a little wonky BUT for an extremely last minute booking for a little over $100 (at my time of purchasing), plus a kitchenette (fridge/freezer, stove top, sink, and microwave), parking and wifi included, and a grab-n-go breakfast in the morning? I would definitely book again. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful from when we first checked in to as we were driving away. One of the staff members flagged us down to let us know we forgot something! Maybe I was so exhausted, but the bed felt very comfortable, and there was nothing else I needed during my stay.

Last, I believe from what I read, the elevator inspection was out of date. Save your $100 , run the other direction, and tell everyone you know - STAY AWAY!

But the dog wow stinky smell everywhere and we can’t sleep for two nights

N/a It smelled horribly like smoke. There was hair in the bathtub and when I tried to rinse it - the tub wouldn’t drain. The bed post was broken. The neighbors next to us were screaming and yelling (fighting) and banging on the wall.
