There were a couple minor inconveniences that we encountered, however it was not something to ruin our stay, and would consider staying here again. The Good: No nonsense and attentive staff. Light breakfast option available (Coffee, juice, muffins, ect) Several choices for meal options within easy walking distance. Dog relief area with benches right outside the lobby and obviously pet friendly. Clean rooms with the AC already set to a comfortable temperature prior to arriving. Great selection of tv channels available and easy to access WiFi. The Bad: Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and could use a little more cleaning attention. No swimming pool as advertised on Hotels.com. No drain plug for the bathtub (easy fix with the nice thick washclothes that are provided). We did have an issue with the key card on the door not working. Turned out to be a dead battery (it happens) and the lady at the desk was very quick in getting us into the room and replacing the battery. Service Dogs. The person checking us in was no nonsense, straight to the point, polite, and will ask you what task your service dog is trained to perform. Location and staff

The hotel is very clean. That employees were very, very nice. James was really nice, pamela, very excellent customer service. Every time we had a problem with the room, she switched our room. She was trying to switch our rooms with this last one, but it never happened. Joe at night, he's very good. Antonio very good, the manager. I don't know his name very good customer service skills knows a lot of different languages, so it's very excellent. This is the manager, David. He's alright, seems all over the place. But we were inside a hotel room for almost a month. And the toilet leaked. We thought it was leaking from the bottom, but it was actually leaking from the toilet. They gave us extra towels and a trash. Can that's about it? So I was very, very disappointed. Then, they want to charge almost two hundred dollars a night for a room, and I have to walk in toilet water

The experience was wonderful. Clean lobby and room. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us by name and were always willing to help with whatever we needed. I would recommend the Extended Stay to anyone. Five plus stars in my opinion

I went to check into my room around 1 in the morning, and the staff member was giving me a hard time and said I’d have to book it again and pay. Upon hearing that I called Expedia and got it worked out and got my hotel room. I went to my room and it was below standards and the bathroom was super dirty there was dirty on my counter and it was really unattractive. I cancelled my room and slept in my car. 0/10

I’m currently renovating my home, and my stay ended up being much longer than I originally expected. Now that my stay is coming to an end, I can honestly say that I will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I need to. This place is much more family-friendly and has improved so much compared to two years ago. Everything feels cleaner, more organized, and welcoming. Congratulations to Yombo and the entire staff for the great work! Paloma and Jason are wonderful people, and the housekeeping staff and housekeepers are also incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. Thank you all for making my extended stay such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!

I think it’s important to say this: we are often quick to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but we don’t always take the time to come back and leave a positive review when things improve. So that’s why I’m writing this. I actually stayed at this hotel about two and a half years ago, and coming back now, I can honestly see a huge difference. Everything is clean, smells fresh, the rooms are well maintained, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere has changed a lot too. It now feels like a place for families and good people. I feel much more comfortable here than I did in the past. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Paloma or Jason at the front desk, you’ll understand why I’m mentioning them! They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful people who truly make a difference in the guest experience. I believe good service deserves recognition too, and I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience.
