Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Ontario Airport

Location was close for my son graduation. facility was unclean. Our rooms were dirty and no household at all. No soap no toilet paper

Rooms was old and unkept. Look dirty throughout the facility. Bed was hard and uncomfortable . Over priced for what this hotel

The room was very big and had a full size fridge and kitchen area. Also had a microwave. The bed was very comfortable surprisingly. There is no real breakfast even though it says it does, there was only oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, coffee, and muffins. Parking is not great because there was a concert and they let people pay to park there at the hotel even though they are not guests. There is a lot of parking spot but you have to park in the back.

It was mid ngl not trash but not like fire either no cap on god it’s mid like aight humble it’s got a stove tho so fire fridges are like normie crib aight just needs a low taper fade and its spiffy bruv

Nothing Bugs, I got bug bites, every room they allow pets in. I don't have pets, moved us to a "better" room with a HUGE cock roach in bathroom. See photos

Staff were nice Dead cockroach in fridge. Should be 2 fitted sheets on the mattress

Nothing They allow pets in EVERY room, I got several bug bites, moved us to a " better" room, there was a GIANT cock roach on wall in bathroom

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen was clean however they ran out of the courtesy supplies to cook. And all I had was the coffee, which was good.

Wonderful staff great stay would recommend coming back

I was there for less than an hour and checked out for my safety. No one should subject themselves to such a filthy, unkempt gabbage of a place. The pictures are not a true reflection of what the place looks like.

That they had a full size refrigerator, microwave, bed was okay Yes! The bathroom wall was dirty, and had cockroaches in the bathroom!! I took a video for evidence.

Check in went really smooth front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay will be returning soon.

The kitchens had no supplies but you could check them out from the front desk for a fee. If I would have know prior I would have brought a few of my own supplies. The room was terribly dirty and the toilet clogged right after check in but we were told to come and get a plunger to remedy it ourselves. The only good thing was the front desk dtaff was friendly.
