There was roaches in the room, shower head didn't work well. Food from last guests left in the refrigerator

Mold in shower staff would not upgrade nor give me a new room

I’m currently renovating my home, and my stay ended up being much longer than I originally expected. Now that my stay is coming to an end, I can honestly say that I will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I need to. This place is much more family-friendly and has improved so much compared to two years ago. Everything feels cleaner, more organized, and welcoming. Congratulations to Yombo and the entire staff for the great work! Paloma and Jason are wonderful people, and the housekeeping staff and housekeepers are also incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. Thank you all for making my extended stay such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!

I think it’s important to say this: we are often quick to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but we don’t always take the time to come back and leave a positive review when things improve. So that’s why I’m writing this. I actually stayed at this hotel about two and a half years ago, and coming back now, I can honestly see a huge difference. Everything is clean, smells fresh, the rooms are well maintained, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere has changed a lot too. It now feels like a place for families and good people. I feel much more comfortable here than I did in the past. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Paloma or Jason at the front desk, you’ll understand why I’m mentioning them! They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful people who truly make a difference in the guest experience. I believe good service deserves recognition too, and I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience.

David is the worse person i rver met

If you come to stay here, be prepared to receive very poor and disrespectful customer service from the assistant manager, David.

However, the assistant manager, David , is a completely different story. He argues with guests, is extremely rude, and threatens people by saying he is going to call the police. I even witnessed him treating an older woman this way. He also told me that I had to check out when I actually had an active reservation and did not need to leave. He seems to have very little understanding of how hotel reservations work, and the way he treats guests is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend dealing with the manager or any other member of the staff, but avoiding David

Property need more and better maintenance smell like peeing dog s*** all around the front door

The property in the inside of the hotel could be a little bit more cleaner.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the property is terrible. A lot of dog manure outside of the property the rooms are not clean as well as they should be

I booked room 138. False advertisement. I wish I could get a refund. I wish I got my money back. My mom would have probably had a cleaner experience at a motel 6. I would have saved so much money. I'm extremely disappointed this was our first time. I took pictures. She just checked out this morning. It was disgusting. Carpet was filthy walls were dirty. Furniture was extremely old. The vent above the stove does not turn on. There's a sign you have to open your window. There is no swimming pool. It's filled with cement and it's locked. It's not your Continental breakfast that you think it is. The last breakfast was only instant oatmeal packages and coffee. When we arrived our room was not ready. At 3:00. We had to wait a half an hour and the groceries we just bought got really warm because we had to wait a half hour. Our food was in the car. We did not have an ice chest and it was such a hot hot day. We thought our room would be ready and we can put our food in the fridge once we checked in but of course that didn't work. Anywho, the property outside is pretty gross. Lots of dog poop everywhere. People don't pick up their cigarette butts and the trash is always overfilled. It's pretty gross anyways.... Just thought I'd save someone money. You should book somewhere else.

Property poorly maintained pictures of the property also showed a working pool the pool has been filled in and no longer amenity each room smelled like stale cigarette smoke absolutely never stay here again right up against the freeway so all you heard was traffic all night long all day long very disappointed in this property if I could give it a zero star rating I would. Pictures must have been from when it opened it is now run down poorly maintained really disappointed in my stay I actually ended up leaving early and staying at a much better place just a few blocks down
