dirty bed, dirty bed linen, dirty tub, non draining shower/tub broken cabinets, broken AC, ANTS, door lock mechanism broken, charge for parking but don’t monitor so good luck if you need a EV charger, if you stay for a weekend you get no housekeeping has to be a longer stay…

The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast looked good. Unfortunately, our toaster didn’t work, and even after telling the front desk, we never received a replacement. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable—the mattresses were extremely soft, made loud crackling noises whenever we moved, and left us with sore backs, while the pillows offered very little support. Overall, the uncomfortable beds and lack of follow-up on the toaster took away from an otherwise decent stay.

Room was clean. They checked us in 30 min early and upgraded our room without extra charge. Good breakfast and service. There is a restaurant on site which is convenient, we ordered late for pick up and ate in our room. Overall would stay here again in the future

Housekeeping comes every 3 days. The only grip is that they do not refill the coffee, creamer and toilet paper (only 1/2 roll when we checked in).

This was a over night staycation but location was perfect and connected restaurant was great.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were so nice and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well.
