Very nice room, clean spacious, comfortable.

Everything was great staff and parking was great.

This is our second time staying here. We appreciate the kind and professional staff, clean property, great amenities and perfect location to what we needed and want!

Exceptional

I had ants in the bathroom and complained for several days.

Rooms are always clean. The staff is very helpful. Situated in a great location close to known restaurants and stores. Would stay there again.

2. Staff is always helpful 3. Breakfast varies a bit daily but otherwise average. 4. Parking is plentiful, however due to the Toyota arena nearby tricky to get in when there is an event. 5. There is actually free EV charging onsite but the plugs are for NACS (Tesla) only.

The location and convenience There were sugar ants in our bathroom and they said they were going to come spray but never did we did it ourselves

Enjoyed the stay but experienced some issues with the AC. Would either turn off or get warm.

Found a pair of dirty underwear in the closet, body wash was not filled and noticed dirt on the floor of the room.

Nice rooms

Nobody ever showed up to clean my room even though I took my DND sign off at 9am and called the front desk to ask for housekeeping at noon. I also called the front desk for an extra blanket and they never arrived.

We enjoyed our stay here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything it was absolutely great. It was clean. It was spacious. The food was good. The service was great. There’s nothing that I didn’t like

dirty bed, dirty bed linen, dirty tub, non draining shower/tub broken cabinets, broken AC, ANTS, door lock mechanism broken, charge for parking but don’t monitor so good luck if you need a EV charger, if you stay for a weekend you get no housekeeping has to be a longer stay…

The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast looked good. Unfortunately, our toaster didn’t work, and even after telling the front desk, we never received a replacement. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable—the mattresses were extremely soft, made loud crackling noises whenever we moved, and left us with sore backs, while the pillows offered very little support. Overall, the uncomfortable beds and lack of follow-up on the toaster took away from an otherwise decent stay.
