Water pressure in shower wasn’t strong enough

When arrived I was told no loud music or party’s mind you I am in my 50 s the bathtub was flooding when showered. When I left I asked the man at the front desk if I can have my bed made and new towels I was gone for a few hours came back nothing was done. Come to find out he was the maintenance man no one was at the front desk no staff to complain to. When asleep at 8 am I heard a vacuum going on in the room above me. I stayed in room 302. Horrible for my first stay at best western. 👎 also the curtains smelled like they havnt been washed In years. I’m not one to complain but this was a bad experience for me.

Our room was clean & perfect for our 1-night stay in Ontario. We enjoyed our stay here and would return to this specific hotel due to the kindness of the staff & the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially our room.

Easy check in, amazing staff, clean, comfortable, great location

Rooms were large and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Definitely will stay there again.

It's a quick walk to Ontario Mall other than that I can't say anything

The room was really clean! The property is in a really good area lots of stores around. The breakfast, Can be better.

Affordability & Cleanliness

Did not like much . It’s kind of dirty . The the carpet and and walls are really dirty and old .

It was well cleaned, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great every day. It's in a great area, safe. Would stay here again. The only downfall was there weren't any carts to pack up our car on the day we left. There was remodeling going on &the workers were using the carts to move the pieces of furniture. My husband had to go back to our room 4 times & on the 3rd time, he had to use the stairs because he was told the elevator wasn't working. We know technically it isn't the hotels fault but the workers/movers were using the carts to move the new/old furniture. We have a baby so I couldn't of helped him bring down our stuff without leaving our baby alone. This caused for us to check out a little bit after the assigned time but the staff apologized & understood.

The room was well decorated. Breakfast was good. We liked the proximity to Ontario Mills Mall
