Good hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful

the rugs on the floors were dirty not cleaned. Curtains were torn and dirty. the blinds were torn. the worst was the elevator (the only one in the building broke and was down for the five days we were their. So we had to walk up and down the stairs. with our luggage when we left. The food was bad. We had our family reunion and dinner their the table cloths were dirty. They said they would consider talking something off our families bill but that did not happen. the food they have for breakfast was cold and very bad. we went out to eat everyday. this hotel should be closed down.

Elevator was not working and I was on the third floor. After coming back late to my room it was a slight inconvenience. But room was clean and AC ran cold.

The elevator was broken and I have a hurt foot so it made it difficult for me

Manager not helpful she wants to charge us a $10.00 penalty if we check in at 2:30pm . I normally used to stay with Best Western hotel n we could check in earlier. But this lady was a snub . I mentioned to her we came from Las Vegas where the temp was triple digits and wants to rest in a comfortable room.I know the policy is 3;00 check in but a thirty minutes could not take us. I’m not going in that hotel in Ontario Mills

We like it it’s close to the mall, but they need to fixed the wall paper I. Room 407 n bugs in that leather chair smh… just tooo tired to complain abt it, elevator not working till later that day. Other than that it’s all good

Staff at check in and every time I walked through the door greeted me. Rooms were clean. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Best Western Ontario Mills Mall was significantly impacted by multiple avoidable issues that should be addressed by management. On a positive note, Lelani at the front desk provided outstanding service. She was professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her customer service was genuinely excellent and stood out in an otherwise frustrating stay. However, the property itself fell short in several important areas. The elevator being out of service for the entire weekend is unacceptable. Guests were forced to carry heavy luggage up and down stairs repeatedly, which is not only inconvenient but also a serious oversight in guest accessibility and hotel maintenance. There was also no adequate communication or visible effort to resolve the issue during our stay. In addition, the conference room conditions were poorly managed. The temperature fluctuated constantly throughout the event, requiring adjustments nearly every hour. This created an uncomfortable environment and reflects a lack of proper facility monitoring. Breakfast service was equally disappointing. The scrambled eggs were consistently undercooked and runny, and popular items like breakfast potatoes frequently ran out without timely replenishment. Staff is friendly, breakfast is okay, cleaness is okay. I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. Although the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, the room had several maintenance issues. When I arrived, I tested the toilet before using it, and it was already clogged. I was told to find a plunger myself and unclog it. The next morning, before using the toilet again, I tested it and it was still clogged. I was given the same instructions, although the front desk attendant did come to help me. I spent the rest of my stay worried about using the toilet. The refrigerator froze all of my food and water. When I tried to adjust the temperature, I heard a small popping sound, so I gave up. The TV remote didn't work either. To make matters worse, the bathtub drain became clogged at the end of my stay. It's an old hotel, and the room next to mine made a very loud noise every time someone used the shower or bathtub. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel.
