Best Western Ontario Mills Mall

Perfect stay

Great place, more than adequate complementary breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.

I will be writing this up as never again. The elevator was dirty and could only handle so much which have us worry that it worked. The room was very old, TV didn't work properly and the tub was cracked on the bottom felt like I was going to fall through, skip this place

The pool was cold and this is something that I wanted to enjoy.

I love the quietness to get a good night's rest, I appreciated the staff when they checked in the other customers before me, I over heard they mentioned "this is a quiet hotel". The breakfast was great too! Pool, room & everywhere was clean. Will stay here again!

Clean, convenient and quite stay. Rooms are a bit outdated, but very well maintained and clean, which was much more important. Plenty of safe parkig and free breakfast in the mornings.

Was woken up by a

Rooms are comfortable and clean I did not appreciate your rep making us wait 10 minutes to check in at 3pm (check in time) while everyone else was checking in with the other attendant. I don’t know her name (caucasian) she did not smile and was rude. I also did not appreciate being asked if I had a vehicle? What kind of question is that? I believe it was because of the way I look! You also need more handicap spaces, I had to park around the building, this caused me to get wet (it was raining). There was a big rig truck cab parked in the back taking up 3/4 spaces? It seems the personnel working could not handle a sold out night.

The hot tub wasn't working and they didn't know about it until I told them. They couldn't get someone there until Monday to fix it and the guy up front was not carrying about it at all. I will never stay there again.

Not clean but staff nice. Breakfast ran out of several items. Need to keep a better eye on that.
