Superb

My only complaint was that parking is not included. They charge $12 per vehicle. The facility and the staff was top notch. The breakfast was delicious. Wished that my stay wasn't that short. Will come back if I'm in this side of town again. Definitely recommend.

What was even more disappointing was that on our last night, we found two bugs in the room, including a small bug in the bathroom that appeared to be a cockroach. I took pictures and reported the issue to the front desk before checking out. The room itself was spacious and worked well for our family, but the lack of housekeeping for five days and finding bugs at the end of our stay really affected our overall experience. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially when traveling with my family. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its housekeeping and pest-control procedures

Location was good. Easy distances to restaurants and shopping. Not much. The lobby to enter the hotel is a long distance from parking. Even handicap parking was far from hotel entrance. Bed mattress completely blown out and you sink to the middle of the bed and difficult to get out. Also paint peeling in bedroom and TV did not work. Employee at front desk, she had Anxiety and didn’t want to hear it. Room 329

Nice pool area and grill area, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal Someone came knocking on our door at 1030am when checkout is at 11am. I called the lobby to also find out she never noted my late checkout request and told me I had to leave at the regular checkout time. The staff in the morning was very rude and disrespectful (Tiffany) I believe her name was. My husband is handicap and she told him he had to come get a bell cart himself. When I went down to get the cart she’s sitting there laughing and talking to another staff when either one of them could’ve brought the cart to our room.

Everyone was very helpful. I attended my Family Reunion and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed here with my toddler and my 2 month old and it was honestly very nice. The room we chose had a kitchen which was very helpful with the kids. The living room was simple and a little on the small side, but it was comfy. And the room was spacious enough. The only downside was that the mattresses made a lot of noise when you would get up or lay down/move around. It sounded very plastic-y making it easy to wake up at night to the sound. The bathroom was nice too. I would come back again overall.

The suite was perfect for a family of 5 and a set of grandparents. The space was great. The kids loved the continental breakfast.
