Breakfast was ok. They have Water Dammage & Black Mold in the hallway that my 2 kids & i got sick from & construction going on with 0 signs telling you. It's unsafe.

For a property that was managed by Wyndham , roaches on property house cleaning was not to clean bc and property was rubbed down

I’d say if I had to pick one it would have to be the square feet of the room but even that wasn’t bigger than normal. Seen pets urinating in the only carpeted stairwell The property had to use because the elevator wasn’t working and the other stairwell was being worked on. I had a view of the pool or should I say the local homeless watering hole. One by one they would keep an eye out for each other as they jumped the fence and showered in the pool.

Roaches on property

Upon checking in, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They did mention that the hotel elevator was out of service. This was not a huge deal, a mild inconvenience. However, after looking at reviews of the property later I realized it had been down for months. The stairwell smelled like urine. Otherwise, my room was clean. I did not find anything odd, the towels were clean, etc. The pool area was fine. I was also traveling with my dog, and they are pet friendly. My only issue I had was upon checking out - I noticed afterward that I was only getting a partial refund on the deposit. When I called to ask, they said they wound one washcloth with makeup on it, so they were only refunding $30 instead of $50. One, I use makeup wipes there was not much that could have been on it. Two, one small washcloth is not worth $20. After asking for a manager, the front desk person said she would go up and ask housekeeping if it could be cleaned. She did call me back and confirmed the towel can be washed .....which, yes of course. It was a little much for such a small issue but ultimately I did receive the full refund back.

This location continue to charge my credit card for $50 when we left the room speak and span. We even took care of the garbage. Thankfully, I am able to call my bank and get my money back. The elevators don’t work and the stairway smells of very strong urine.

The privacy and cleanliness. Seclusion and availability of what I needed. Great hotel cleanliness environment. The fact that I was accused of something but in all am convinced of how I felt in your hotel. Thank you I'd love to come back b if it's possible.
