The room was Kool and clean Elevator was still broken and people next to my room had kids and couldn't get a good night sleep

The property was to be expected with a Wyndham hotel with breakfast in the morning and a laundry room to wash clothes. The only thing that was annoying, was the elevator was down the week I was there. So hauling all my bags and my dog up three flights of stairs wasn’t a big deal. It was just an inconvenience. The hotel had some major water, plumbing issue because one of the wings was completely sealed off and drywall was being replaced.

I was never given opportunity to enjoy the stay, and staff would not , was adamant she would bot work with me to allow me to change stay date. Id,of gone with any date, as to not have lost my payment and did not stay. Very upset. Now the conoany is consistently attempting to collect $88 payment for $70 room that I never saw. Bad business I would of worked wi5h the customer to get them another stay date and not lose their hard earned money. But thats just me, and thats probably why im not in business . Read above. Thank you
