In my room floors where dirty, covered in small black stuff and there was a puddle under the desk that I assume was floor cleaner, came up tan and didn't have a smell. There was hair on the shower curtain that couldn't have come from me. The fridge didn't work and when I opened the fridge it smelt terrible like fermented. There is also no microwave in the room. The ac unit make a high pitched rattle sound the whole time. The elevator was broken and the stairs are coved in duck tape.

The breakfast station didn’t have any selection aside from Raisin Bran cereal water cups for coffee. I asked for refill on the coffee thermal and the worker had an attitude. Will not be returning.

Elevator was broken had to walk up stairs. Doing construction. Plastic covering everywhere needed signs to communicate the enters and exits

I have stayed several times and the elevator is always broken making it difficult for people that can't climb stairs

I didn’t like that the elevator was broken down so I had to take the stairs to the third floor with all my luggage

Breakfast was good but I do wish they had a different way to get juice. When they run out of juice, it’s not refilled right away and with the amount of people coming in and out it would run out quickly The pool was freezing so I do wish it was heated a bit to make it more comfortable. Other than those little things, staff were nice, the stay was great and we definitely felt rested

This was the worst place ever. It smelled like urine and weed. The smell gave me an allergic reaction. The elevator does not work and they tried to put us on the third floor with a handicapped person so we couldn’t get to the room. Although they couldn’t accommodate us they refused to refund us. Lots of people smoking things hanging around. Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this place unless you are a drug addict or don’t mind living on the edge.

The size of the room was perfect and very peaceful and quiet there At the front desk, there is a gentleman by the name of Harvey. He has no customer service skills very rude to the customers. I went in and tried to talk to the general manager, but I just only spoke with the assistant manager. However, I want some changed to happen regarding that. I don't believe it was correct.The way he treats people and the way he spoke to me. The general manager should reach out to me.
