I brought my disabled step son here. They do not have elevators so he had to crawl up and down the stairs as we were assigned an upstairs room. I know we booked the room two to three days in advance which perhaps is not enough notice. I’m not sure for a downstairs room. But if you have a hotel or motel with more than one floor there should be an elevator to accommodate those who cannot walk. It was humiliating for him. Beyond that the room was dirty. I explained this to the staff but they didn’t seem to care. There was some type of blood on the box spring and blood or soda on the walls. I have no idea why this place has good reviews.

The room had roaches and aside from that the lady at the front desk was rude from the start. We were dealing with a traumatic situation and it was the worst time for her to be rude. Soon as we walked in she said she had no rooms, then after finding out that I had paid in full for the whole stay, demanded a cash deposit from me. She didn’t even ask if I had a reservation. The feeling I got was that she didn’t want the guest that I was dropping off to stay there. She watched me use the ATM to give cash to person I was dropping off and then told me she needed a deposit in cash. Do better if you’re going to work in guest services. Very poor customer service and seemingly judgmental while serving an underserved population.

The room was clean. When I initially entered the room, the toilet was running. However, I flushed it and it eventually stopped. The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. It was a place to lay my head for a night. I did not expect more, and I didn't get more.

Big rooms, nice male manager that works at front desk, good parking lot, quiet property, and Rooms have decent size fridges. Located in a great area with lots of restaurants/fast food and stores.

Great overall experience

The worst--toilets "all the same"; too small in too small a space=ridiculous!! (maybe in India, shouldn't be here)!

The toilet was dirty, there was no toilet paper holder, and no fresh roll of toilet paper was provided\. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and looked stained and unclean\. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable.

The room's door was ajar upon arrival. The host asked me for $20 cash at check in. Not the usual $100-200 card swipe deposit, but $20 "cash only". When I said I didn't have cash, he didn't push. Very unusual. Very hard bed. I like a firm bed but this one felt like I was sleeping on a cushioned sheet of plywood. I finally fell asleep at about 2am and had to wake up at 5:45am.

If you don't mind feeling like you just entered a bad neighborhood. Someone was standing out back watching every move we made. And when we checked out was the same. It was pretty uncomfortable. He was going to give us a smoking room. It was scary looking and smelled so bad like cigarettes. I was dishearted. He felt bad and gave me another room. The room he gave me was nice. I still didn't feel welcome or comfortable
