Chino Motel

The room smells clean, and the staff is very nice.

Gross gross gross nothing in this room was clean but the sheets. The bed was hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It was an amazing stay easy 10/10!!!

I had stayed here before and that time it was great for the price point. However this time around the rooms I was given were terrible. I got nonsmoking rooms just to walk into the smell of cigarettes 😃. Opened the door to go to the bathroom whole door damm near ripping apart, almost half of it from the inside of the bathroom was tore off. I then continued to check how clean the bathroom was, bathtub was dirty. I stayed there for 3 nights. On the last morning I ran out of toilet paper so I kindly asked one of the cleaners for some just to get hit with attitude for simply asking for toilet paper. She didn’t want to help me so I had to ask another worker who also got bothered. The sheets had cigarette burns, nonsmoking room they said. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I didn’t. I’m not the type of person to be leaving reviews good or bad but I’m still upset about the time spent there so I’m writing this for the person that’s on the fence, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The manager played it off like it was nothing. They offered to comp the next night with one of there "Clean" rooms and then forgot what they offered and charged us and additional $80 for the night. Will not be coming back to this place.
