Chino Motel

Room was nothing like pics online.staff rented room without TV or remote working. Said he would let me know never called me. No phones in room to call front desk so I had to walk to night window several times. Without any resolution. Holes in walls dust dirt grime everywhere. Who regulates these places? 2 different men harassing me. I guess it was better to have my room in the front. Okay 1 star. Also didn't get my deposit back because he was being a jersey because I was waiting to be picked up. As I'm walking out because my sister went to the back he's yelling at me to get off his property. Probably why the gentleman standing near the night window all night long. Maybe he was waiting for a ride. The place is for traveling workers. I don't know the termination. I think depicted my experience with this place.

The gentleman who works the front desk during the day/afternoon shift is very nice and helpful. The property is pretty clean and comfortable.

I was there for 30 days then kicked out my son got used to that place and he didn't want to leave he has some issues but any ways always paid on time but they ended up calling the police on my son so I won't be going back to that place

Floor was dirty.vending machine did not work the only thing that worked was the ice machine there was a whiskey bottle under the bed

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking in the back lot.

The tv remote didn’t work, there was trash that wasn’t ours in the room when we first went in, and a roach in the drawer. The tub was the best part about the room and the parking was convenient.

Second stay here and no fault to the Chino hotel crew. But another guest domistic issues ending with the chino PD being involved just ruined everybody stay. May give one more chance if price is right best two of three

Good times, however, addicts in the area make it problematic.

Housekeeping friendly & helpful Ofc mgr and wife friendly and helpful.

The manager and his wife are nice and friendly. Housekeeping...the ladies are all nice and helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but clean with working AC, microwave, mini refrigerator. Ice machine on property. Grocery store next door, other stores, gas stations, fast food places, CVS near by.
