I had a wonderful stay at Ayres Hotel in Chino Hills! The hotel was very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and comfortable. What stood out most was the amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again!

The breakfast was better than most of this type. There was a wide variety of different foods from scrambled eggs, sausage, to waffles, and a variety of fruit. Of the facilities I used, I have no notes. It was all good.

The room was comfortable, roomy, clean and spacious. Really appreciated the staff who helped every time something was needed. We also loved the patio by the pool, which was also clean and convenient when we wanted time to gather outside. The breakfast buffet items were different each morning and the selection provided a good meal. Several folks for a reunion stayed at this location and would definitely stay there again.

Super clean, huge rooms, comfortable beds. Note for solo travelers- Pool area is more family/ kid friendly. Okay if you don’t mind the splashing. Overall, excellent experience!
