The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was near the freeway but very quiet.

Very convenient to the Ontario airport. The kitchenette is well stocked and the breakfast downstairs had great options.

The staff here ate so friendly. Anytime one of them would pass by they always said hello. Also very accommodating. We need to check in early and I have knee problems and they were able to change us to a walk in shower room.

Our trip and stay was fantastic. The hotel was clean from the entrance to the room, super spacious, comfy bed/pillows and the staff was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay I do like protein(meats) and those weren’t offered but that’s just a preference. They had oatmeal which I had and the topping options were great! Overall I would definitely stay again and even drive a bit out of the way to stay there if I had to because of how awesome this hotel is. Thank you for the hospitality

The place was nice I just didn’t like that the manager was scolding the house keeper in the hallway it seems unprofessional and that should be handled privately. I felt so bad for the lady, maybe they need to retrain the manager

The hotel was okay not good not bad just okay, I was there 4 days think they cleaned the room 1 time. given the room wasnt dirty but fresh towels and made bed would have being nice left trash outside since they wouldn't come get it and still spent a day outside the door, staff was good helpful always at there station never seemed bothered by a question or if asked if towles could finally be brought to room. property was clean and everything else was like stated...okay.
