The room wasn't filthy, but it could have been cleaner. The stairway to the second floor was filthy for all three days of my stay. Leaves and debris, with no cleaning apparently. This is an older (old) property with that old smell, but they are trying with paint to freshen it a bit. The breakfast service area was clean, well-stocked, fresh, and had adequate variety. My biggest issue was the dynamic pricing, due to an event in town this weekend. Friday and Saturday night were well over $200 a night, and Sunday was $78 for the night. It's probably an okay stay for $80, but it's a terrible overcharge at $207 and $215 a night. I understand surge pricing, but paying $200+ nightly is beyond reasonable for an old $ 80-a-night property. I know Wyndham has some old properties, but they should evaluate whether they should have their name on this hotel.

the rooms were clean and room service was so kind. breakfast was a major plus they have a variety of choices. The mini-water park was a great enjoyment for the kids and the hot tub was extremely relaxing for the adults. highly recommended & will return when I am in the area. Thank you all for your great hospitality.

The hotel was not well maintained. Our room showed obvious signs of past water damage, aggressive wear and tear. We were not informed previously that it was a connected room, nor that it was Hog Fest and that we were one of 2 families there, the rest were older bikers. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, being that we had small children. We constantly heard bikes late into the night. The staff did not seem to have much care in making sure that their own noise rules were followed, the water park features were never opened on time, the breakfast items were stale, and the main areas were never clean.

Great place for a family weekend with small children. Pool area with kiddie pools and small water slides was perfect. Great breakfast with lots of selection. Staff were all great. Clean.
