We love this hotel, my children love the different pools appropriately sized to their ages and abilities. The rooms, hallways, lobbies, etc are always clean. The hotel is easy to get to with amenities nearby. This was our 5th visit :)

Friendly staff and the pool was very nice. The carpet seemed very wet in our room, my socks were soaked I did like the location if the room 125. I had requested 1st floor as the stairs are a challenge, and there is no elevator. I know this could have been from previous guests.

The pool area was nice. The had a separate pool with a water slide. It allowed kids to play while others swam undisturbed.

We were able to check in early to attend a wedding, which was very nice. We had the same friendly gal at check in and check out. We took advantage of the free breakfast too!

There was an odd smell from the air conditioner every time the fan kicked on - none of us liked it. It seemed clean enough & the staff was great but I've NEVER had such a tiny bathroom. There was no way you could even change clothes in there!

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location and amenities surpassed our expectations for our stay and when our need to stay in the area got extended by 2 days the front desk staff went above and beyond to make for an easy transition of rooms for us. The pool area was an added bonus and provided more opportunities for fun beyond just a dip in the pool. It was a very comfortable stay and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely stay here and encourage others to as well.

The waterpark was great for the kids The air conditioning unit was broken for half of our stay, and the beds were so horribly uncomfortable.

Friendly, easy to find, clean $340 seemed a little high for an American inn, I don't always understand why the rates increase because an event is going on in the area
