Every thing was good and satisfying

It was very quiet

I just needed a reasonably priced, clean place for the night, and it fit the bill perfectly for that. I had a kingsize bed, work desk, couch, credenza with drawers beneath a large flat screen TV, and wifi. There were probably around 50-80 rooms all on one level and arranged in a kind of star pattern of separate wings leading from the central hub containing the frront desk and breakfast area. What little food that was available for breakfast was fine, but there were no eggs to accompany the sausage when I came for breakfast around 7 am. Parts of the business (large conference room and swimming pool) appeared to have not been in use for months (though I didn't care because I had no use for either of them). Great place for getting a good night's sleep. Bad place to bring your family for anything more than that.

Toilet seats were loose

This website doesn;t work. See # 2 above. Signage was not adequate to differenciate it from it's neighbor. Room abviously needed repair work. Disposable supplies were very low.

Ever heard of the phrase, “polishing a turd”? That’s exactly how you’d explain this place. Half-ass renovations. Half-ass breakfast buffet. Workers were no where to be found. The bathrooms had mold and dirty shower curtains. The bar smelled horrible. The soda on the gun was flat. The worker didn’t even know how to make a cherry coke. Don’t be fooled, it’s not a bar. It’s an Indian cuisine restaurant with little to no business. Stay at any other property besides this one.

REFUSAL TO DISCUSS ANYTHING NAME CALLING

Remodeling was in progress and was not very good craftmanship. Wall plug-ins were not secured to the wall "loose" paint was fresh but peeling on the cieling bathroom door was poping open when closed , if these things were ok for them than that's the way they run and I would not recommend.

The people I booked online to pay friday so I was charged additional fees which I understand. But I was fully charged on check in monday right away which wasnt in the agreement.

The rooms are excellent in size, the beds are very comfortable. Each bed comes with 3 pillows. The only thing that was disappointing is the pool is currently closed. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast looks delicious but I have not yet tried it

POUNDING ON DOOR WHEN GUESTS ARE SLEEPING VERY RUDE THREATENING TO CALL COPS NEVER SPOKE TO OTHER STAFF AFTER WE HAD RESERVATION ROOMS SITUATION AND ACCUSED US OF LYING

On the plus side, the staff were excellent and accommodating of requests, check in was smooth. The room wasn't quite ready due to the number of guests the previous night. Staff immediately cleaned my room, even though I said there was no rush as I had to go to work and wouldn't need it for a few hours. The room was clean but in need of repairs. The room's entry door was out of square by more than an inch, leaving a visible gap between the frame and the door, but it functioned without issue. The shower provided a nice attachment for taller people or the use of a handheld shower head but was above the height of the shower surround allowing water to spray the drywall, causing repair issues. I don't know if the hotel provided, or the previous guest left behind the HDMI cable, but being able to connect my computer to the tv to enlarge my workspace was an added feature. The bed was extremely comfortable after a long day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff. Front desk guy came up to the room to show us how to work the TV It could use some updates. Our bathroom door was hard to shut(warped) and the sink was hard to turn on, but otherwise clean.

Fresh, clean, comfortable, newly remodeled

Close to where my event was Breakfast was falsely advertised. Pictures indicated hot breakfast - no hot breakfast. Pool & Hot Tub were closed. These are the two main reasons I booked here.

They are in process of renovating, so new paint and carpet, door had post-it notes to tell the room numbers. But our first room had a window that was cracked open and didn’t shut (it was -13 outside), 2nd room was ok… but you couldn’t turn on the sink unless you used 2 hands. Fridge was so loud we ended up unplugging it so we could sleep. Beds were new but the linens felt either cheap or dirty… No pool or hot tub like the pictures on the website showed. Yogurt was 2 months expired for the free breakfast, pancake maker was set out with syrups but no batter. Only cereal and fruit and donuts. No hot water for my instant coffee I brought-I had to use the microwave. Great price, but you get what you paid for. I would pay a bit more to get a better room next time.

I did not like anything totally disappointed did not want to stay there The place was under total renovation no pool no breakfast. It was a mess was not made aware before my reservation went off of pictures.

Hotel supposedly Just finished renovations. Website didn't disclose Renovations swimming pool and hot tub area were completely closed down and under construction. Bathroom had broken exhaust fan that was rattling and very noisy , broken outdated toilet that wouldn't flush properly and kept running , shower handle loose and falling off. missing tile next to bathtub near floor. Shower curtain was old and smelled like piss when water hit it in the shower needs to be replaced.

Under construction, no pool, ( reason we booked) hottub, was not informed of this, room was ok and breakfast good
