The breakfast was ok needed to be a bigger area The beds are to high for a short person to get into

Not much Needs lots of updates. Didn't let me know ahead of time that the king room wasn't one they could accommodate a pet until my arrival(I booked a month in advance at least), also didn't inform me there was a pet fee. Pool was closed, had to ask for towels for our room. Doors were open to anyone to walk into the halls throughout the facility. So didn't feel safe in that aspect.

The location of this hotel was a nice distance from the highway and downtown. Upon first opening the door, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet seat was up and dirty and half of the lights didn’t work. As a woman, I felt unsafe even though I wasn’t alone and had packed pepper spray for safety reasons. When I went to check out, no one was at the counter and I had to call and listen to the phone ring for 5 minutes before curtly being told to just leave my key on the counter.

The outside of property need clean up and updating. They are working on it but need to clean the outside up as when we drove up I was thinking I might ask for my money back. The interior was clean and up date. Need to replace bathroom doors and the toilets are very low, The were clean and well kept. Only one chair in the room and only one bedside table and no usb outlets to charge phones. The swimming pool was not open. Morning breakfast was good. Hope they they continue to remodel & update.

The location was good. Beds were comfortable. Looks like new owner is trying but has a long ways to go. Bathroom was disgusting. There was a hole in the wall, few towels were available, sink had had slow drain and walls were not real clean.

Nothing. It was absolutely horrendous. We booked this due it having a pool listed on reviews (which must be AI or fake) since it was middle of July. Got there and staff said pool hasn’t been working since over a year. Room was terrible, dirty, broken wall fixtures, mold in bathroom, and smelly odor. Shower was not hot, next to like warm only. Shower had very little water pressure and valve was broken. Parking lot had nails everywhere due to recent roof work. I’m pretty sure I have a nail in my car tire due to slow leak but am waiting on auto shop appointment. Staff wouldn’t honor a discount at all due to booking through booking.com. They said they (booking.com) would need to issue the discount. We had no choice to stay here due to every hotel being booked in area due to a busy music festival and couldn’t cancel anyway due to no cancellation policy.

The photos of the property on the website must have been from years ago. Everything smelled musty and moldy from an obvious water issue. There was a large Dumpster in front of property and a permit to replace the roof. This place needs some work before it is ready for guests. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund and found another hotel!

You have rooms unpainted. Finish the hotel and complete the paint in the rooms. Way over priced

Grounds were a mess due to renovations. Roofing materials around entrance. Shingles had nails lying around. We were careful. Room was clean and under repair. If we knew the condition of the hotel, we would have stayed there.

Building is very much under construction/renovation? Bathroom door didn't latch, paint and general room (no shades for window, just closed or open) but for the room and stay there was nothing to complain about.

The room had new carpet, the room was clean. Hardly any staff at the desk no one for the free breakfast. The tater tots were cold and the sausage links were greasy. The waffle area had waffle mix spilled on the counter. But they were getting a new roof. Watch out for the pot holes at the entrance to the parking lot

I love staying there. They always we're friendly. If I have a problem they help me and straightened it out the room was great. I see there working on the Hotel and it is going to look very good. Please don't give up. You were far from where l was going .but my stay was Great. Thank you I really don't think l have anything. .. but next time I come l hope they have everything done they wanted.

Breakfast was yummy and the extended hours were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. There should have been a sign at the front desk explaining that the pool was under maintenance - several guests were rather upset.

This hotel is a complete disaster. It's owned and operated by people from India. Limited Furniture in the room and when I ask too much for a chair outside, the person made a fuss The pictures of the hotel are very deceiving versus what it actually is all about. It is an absolute dump I would recommend removing this from your website Everything

Don’t book here unless you don’t mind mold and smelly rooms. The website is so misleading…

We booked this place , pulled in and immediately left, it looked like a horror movie hotel, the roof was being worked on. We booked a different place in the parking lot..
