The room was great. Jay, who was working was always very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like in the room was the sofa/sleeper it was too low to the floor and hard otherwise the room was fantastic.

Love the location. Always clean, and many amenities. It would have been nice to have a shower mat. At times it felt slippery in the shower.

A very nice Hotel in Downtown Chippewa Falls, the parking really isn't an issue. You can unload and park across the street. Room was very clean and nice. The Breakfast in the morning was very organized and clean. Overall I rate this in the 9s out of 10.

Everyone was so curious and helpful!! Rachel at the bar served us our wonderful food and drinks was amazing. So friendly and thoughtful. The elderly man in the breakfast area was on top of replacing things and asking if all our needs were met. The young man that greeted us him was so nice, helpful, and thoughtful too. Maybe have a wheelchair on hand. We did not expect my husband to need it to get down to the car when we were leaving. Other he had to stay in the room. We always love staying there!

It was an okay stay. I like their breakfast and coffee both were very good I did not like the location or lack of parking. I was also charged $40 more than I was quoted and when I tried calling no one answered on multiple occasions.

Perfectly situated in downtown Chippewa Falls, with everything in walking distance! Our King suite was comfy, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and Starbucks coffee. The complimentary hot breakfast was a highlight with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle maker, fruit, etc. The person who set up breakfast was very nice and attentive. Desk staff were largely absent, but we didn't need much. In the vending area, you can get a pizza and bake it in a pizza oven...super convenient for late night arrival. My only disappointment is the in-room entertainment: it was just basic cable TV, we couldn't play Netflix or other streaming services.

Room was clean, staff (especially Jay) was super kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious and served early and warm. We did not go to the bar.
