Breakfast Stairs ,but what can be done about that?

It was a nice centralized location to all of our activities we had planned The room had a smell the entire time, we were always spraying something, it wasn’t dirty, but also not as clean as I would expect. The beds were pretty uncomfortable

Room had a moldy smell. Coffee pot was dirty.

Room was updated and very clean. We did not eat breakfast, but we were informed about it at check-in.

It was a beautiful setting with lots of trees and grassy spaces for our dogs. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Was close to restaurants and gas stations Asked for late check out and was told noon. Cards deactivated at 11 with no warning. Couldn’t get into our room. Had to go to the front desk and get new keys. Was told by a very rude man at the front desk that this is normal. What’s the point of late check out if I have to get new keys? And why aren’t your guests being informed at check in that this is a thing?

Bathroom had been updated and was clean - no issues here. Rooms included a refrigerator which was a plus. Breakfast was only from 6:00 - 9:00 (would have like to see it extended to 10:00) and was just OK; basic continental breakfast stuff with limited options, but they did have a waffle maker. Dark carpet in room made it look gloomy and bed lined looked crumpled and dated - but was clean.

Great location and comfortable room The staff would smoke in the breezeway by the lobby even though it was posted all over that it was a smoke free facility

Kind of disappointing. The whole property seemed a tad shabby. The bathtub wasn't clean. The in-room refrigeration was so noisy I had to turn it off. The breakfast was mediocre.

Did not eat there, room provided was clean, air conditioning, tv & pillows were very comfortable!!

Cleanliness, helpfulness of staff First room smelled bad and the TV didn’t work. I was moved to another more acceptable room.

Breakfast was hot and fresh, but was same each day - hard boiled eggs, link sausage, fried potatoes and gravy. (3 day stay)

On our second night, we discovered a few bed bugs in our bed. We booked for a 7-night stay and we were promptly moved to another room. The weather was hot and humid during our stay. The A/C worked for cooling but the sheets felt damp.
