The room was a non smoking room, full of smoke and every sheet/ cover on bed had several burn holes. No remote for tv. Water stains on sealing. Right after checking I was approached by someone who lived there giving me there work history and telling me what they ( man and woman) could do.

Awful run down chair, bathroom not cleaned. Items hanging off the walls

Nothing! It was filthy and looked like a trap! There were lashes on the carpet that had not been picked up! Burn holes in the sheeting, plaster on the walls not covered, no trash can, bathroom and towels dirty! The whole place was run down!

Everything, it was dirty , no air , the sheets had stains and I got pink eye from sleeping in the pillow .

When I arrived at the hotel, she put me in room 207. I went up to the room and when I opened the door, the mirror was so dirty. You could barely see your reflection in it. It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. It wasn’t as dirty as the other one, but it was still dirty. I ended up going back to the lobby. They basically was like I don’t know what to do. I said give me the Cleaning stuff. I’ll do it myself so I took it in there. It didn’t touch it so I got my own cleaning supplies. I went in. It took me two hours to clean the hotel room to the point where my grandkids could come and spend the weekend with me. The floor still was untouched, and they was unwilling to help me with that when I went to get in bed, the comforter was filthy dirty, and I went to get another one and she act like it was a burden. I told her I want to speak to her manager. She said he would be in the next morning at 7 AM he was not in. I was told he would be in Monday. I needed to call back. The place is filthy. I would not recommend going. It needs to be shut down and it was $153 for that room.

Nothing, and im expecting a refund or i will contact multiple agencies to shut them down and sue. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Floor was filthy, walls had holes and something splattered. I left and requested a refund when I saw bedbugs and a mouse!!! The front desk clerk issued me a refund which now 5 days later I still have not received!

Go back to the desk and we were given another room. Went there and there were cigarette burns in the sheets, no soap, no washcloths, the sink backed up with what looked like vomit, the bathroom door didn't shut all the way and was cracked, the mini fridge looked like it had leaked at some point because some of the "dresser"it was housed in had water damage. We were on our way to a concert and pressed for time, so I showered real quick and we went to the venue as we weren't sure what traffic was going to be like since it was our first time going there. After we got back to the hotel, we stopped by the lobby and asked for a different sheet. The lady who checked us in asked "Didn't you check in a long time ago?" as if to wonder why we waited so long. I explained that we were on our way to a concert and didn't have time to move to a 3rd room. The guy behind the counter said he would go get another sheet and left. This other guest came in and asked for a refund because her room smelled like smoke and would rather drive home. The guy came back and said they had no more sheets available and the refunded guest said we could have hers since she was leaving. The girl behind the counter left and came back with no sheets and said "I hope these sheets work out better for you" with a lot of attitude. Very poorly run hotel and not friendly at all.

Close to concert The staff . The room was nasty with bugs and hair everywhere. We did not stay . We left the room after the concert was over

Convince to places i needed to go. I got what I paid for so take this with a grain of salt, it was pet friendly which I really needed and for the most part the other patrons were really nice that being said the beds were extremely uncomfortable, our room had only one comforter on the bed and we got a two bed room and when we asked for another one because it was a holiday weekend there was no housekeeping to get another blanket. But for the price I can't complain, it was good for the couple nights we needed some improvements would be appreciated, better mattresses more blankets more towels other than that great

The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning.

Not worth saving a few bucks. The hotel room was poorly maintained with holes in the walls and door that were variously poorly patched or not at all. Worst of all the bed had three giant visible uncomfortable sags where people had slept and at the end where the mattress had been turned 90 degrees. The bed sunk low and squeaked when sitting on the edge. Despite it being a non-smoking room there were cigarette burns in the bed linens and desk. The plastic cups were sealed in plastic bags but felt and looked like they were coated with pink dish soap. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked, though no info was provided about location of ice, etc. Parking was convenient in front of the room.

Not bad for the price, the room had a particular odor. I went to Walmart to get some freebreeze and Lysol to disinfect the room prior to using or touching anything in the room.

The staff was nice enough, but the property was run down...

I agreed to a price for the room on hotels.com, but when I got to the hotel to pay the price was much higher and there was a $50 “damage” deposit added on extra; as if I could damage a room like that. It looked to me like rooms were rented by the week or longer. There is no way I could recommend this motel.

The bed was unsleepable. It smelled like dog probably just spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Awful smell in room

It was so dirty I did not even stay. The dust was so thick you could see it easily, two beds with a total of one pillow ,that had something black on it. The sheet did not fit the mattress all the way. The pleather was warn off most of the chair. I did not go any farther into the room. I was truly horrified of leaving with bed bug. I do not usually leave a bad review, and I am not trying to. I am hoping this is constructive feedback.
