There was no housekeeping at all there was roaches on the floor n walls then when told staff about it they didn’t want to do anything at first then when told staff about the issue I was told that they could only take 20 dollars off if I was to stay again

Clean room

Booked this for the location because it was close to our weekend plans. Room was dirty and smelled terrible. There was mold all over the ceiling and some of the walls. You could see how dirty the curtains were because they were 2 different colors. Bathroom was dirty and had mold on the wall above the shower.

I got to my room and it was disgusting, there poop on the seat and dirty towels , and it smelled bad . So I went back to the office and told the lady I want a full refund bc I booked somewhere bc it’s so nasty here

We were only sleeping there for 8 hours.

I did not enjoy this stay. Second guessed if I was safe or not. Seemed like loitering in the parking lot and hallways were people actually living there.

The furniture is falling apart. The big light over the bed was “glued” on with caulk, about to fall off if the wall was bumped. The shower curtain smelled sour. The bed, so bad, it was like sleeping on box springs. No cups in the room. No access to an ice machine. The cleaning staff appears to be trying to keep up but the mold and mildew stains aren’t coming off. The towels were clean, refrigerator worked more like a freezer, ac was good, shower was hot. In essence it needs a full renovation. It leases check out the bed, etc, in room 110.

Roaches that I was killing left and right and couldn’t sleep because of it.

We get to hotel to check-in. I go inside to get my room keys and head to the room with my husband. I unlocked the door with key card, opened door, and about puked in the room! There was blood scattered all over the bed and stuff scattered everywhere in the room like someone had been brutally beaten! I had immediately closed the door and went back to front office. I told them about the disgusting room and the clerk had no remorse to what we had acknowledged seeing in the room. She wanted to give us another room!! Uuummm...I think NOT!! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

No towels, no cups, towel holder was broken and it smelled bad. one bed was so bad that you had to sleep in the middle so it was like 2 people sleeping in a single bed.

Rude staff. TV did not work. Poor Lighting - Had to go outside to read text. People who answer should at least speak English in a manner of which you can understand them and quit talking so fast that it is a blur!

The room was a non smoking room, full of smoke and every sheet/ cover on bed had several burn holes. No remote for tv. Water stains on sealing. Right after checking I was approached by someone who lived there giving me there work history and telling me what they ( man and woman) could do.

Everything, it was dirty , no air , the sheets had stains and I got pink eye from sleeping in the pillow .

Nothing! It was filthy and looked like a trap! There were lashes on the carpet that had not been picked up! Burn holes in the sheeting, plaster on the walls not covered, no trash can, bathroom and towels dirty! The whole place was run down!

When I arrived at the hotel, she put me in room 207. I went up to the room and when I opened the door, the mirror was so dirty. You could barely see your reflection in it. It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. It wasn’t as dirty as the other one, but it was still dirty. I ended up going back to the lobby. They basically was like I don’t know what to do. I said give me the Cleaning stuff. I’ll do it myself so I took it in there. It didn’t touch it so I got my own cleaning supplies. I went in. It took me two hours to clean the hotel room to the point where my grandkids could come and spend the weekend with me. The floor still was untouched, and they was unwilling to help me with that when I went to get in bed, the comforter was filthy dirty, and I went to get another one and she act like it was a burden. I told her I want to speak to her manager. She said he would be in the next morning at 7 AM he was not in. I was told he would be in Monday. I needed to call back. The place is filthy. I would not recommend going. It needs to be shut down and it was $153 for that room.
