the night desk person was very loud. might as well had been right in my room. that was until about midnight. that person was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out at 8am. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness No breakfast
-
Our bathroom door didn't shut, it's very noisy road noise, homeless guy, with all his belongings, sitting in the area by the stair well. NO breakfast food of any kind out!!!!

Shoot, it was a one night stay. Not much to say
-
Parking fine, my room just fine, clean, A/C worked well. Fairly quiet place. No complaints

The price was just right and the staff were very friendly. There was Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, a balloon left from a previous occupant, mildew on the shower curtain and the filter of the AC hasn't been changed since it was a smoking room. The room was damp as well

The floor was cracked and sinking in in one spot. Shower was coming out of the wall. There was already used toilet paper on the holder (halfway used) and there was Ants everywhere. The only good part was the bed. It was clean and comfortable. Oh and the guy that checked us in was very sociable and helpful!

Walter is the best employee to approach with an issue. He’s fair and seems to be less bias than most of us and not afraid to tell it like it is. He’s kind and professional and I’m sure deserves more accolades than he receives.

Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order.

Around 230am we arrived. No one was at the front desk, we called a few times and knocked on “employee only doors”, after 30 minutes no one showed. I’d respectfully like a refund regardless of the non-refundable fee for the sole fact that we weren’t able to stay there and wasn’t properly helped by a manager on duty. It was very unprofessional on the hotels part and very inconvenient for my family.

Great stay clean and quiet

Not enough towels the room was crawling with ants. The shower was too low and the elevators didn’t work. Overall condition of the hotel was bad.

The night shift guy had a very unprofessional way of presenting his self to ths customer. The bed was kindly hard

The room was very gross. There were droppings in some of the corners of the room and dead bugs in the middle of the floor indicating it hadn’t been swept. The sheets had stains and the towels and wash cloths were rough and worn out. The shower water didn’t get very hot. The WiFi was extremely spotty and almost non-functional. There were live pill bugs crawling near the door during almost my entire stay (worse at night). House keeping didn’t clean my room, bring me new towels, or change my bedding once during my stay. The key card consistently became “wiped” as the staff put it regardless of my efforts to keep it away from my phone, credit cards, anything with a magnet. The staff seemed exhausted and bothered to help whenever asked. I ended up checking out in the middle of the night and going home early so I wouldn’t have to stay in the room anymore. The person checking me out forgot to collect my key card and so I went back to give it to her. The whole facility was so dirty I didn’t even bother checking out the breakfast.
