Was worth it

Rooms were not ready till at 430pm when check in was at 3pm. Once got into room it was dirty had finger nail clipping in floor holes in the blankets. Did not even stay left few hours after check in due to room being so disgusting and never got my money back

The laziest staff ever with the exception of Skyler. I lost my reservation. Walter told me he put a note in stating I'll be late which he never did. I ended up having to pay $70 more for the room.

Staff was pleasant. Booking included grab and go breakfast but both mornings there was nothing but coffee. Room was clean and functional. A/C worked great. Room was able to remain a comfortable temp. Which is always a super +. Part of the parking lot was blocked off and part of the building looked to be in disrepair and unusable. But for the price it certainly met our needs for a place to rest our heads a couple nights.

The property was an excellent value for the price. The staff varied from helpful to hostile. Forget about having a cup of coffee. When I checked in, I was told the coffee machine was available 24 hours. With a different attendee, I was told it was available from 630 to 9 by someone who was asleep at their desk. A great place to stay and save money, be prepared for disappointment in many areas.

The staff were very nice, no complaints. The room wasn’t ready, so they moved us to a different room. The room was visibly dirty with stains on the sheets and blankets. There were strangers hair on pillows and the towels. When walking barefoot it should not feel like you are walking on a sandy beach in a “clean” room. Left early next morning because we were not going to shower there. It’s certainly not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but certainly not the best.

The booking includes the breakfast but unfortunately it was just a coffee,the hole inter room was not clean and all.

It's terrible

* The room contained a significant amount of unused space but lacked comfortable seating such as an easy chair or a small sofa. * Mold was visible around the base of the toilet, in the shower, and on the shower curtain. * The bathroom floor was filthy. * The towels were threadbare and of poor quality. * The room remained damp throughout our stay and had a persistent mildew odor. * The bathroom door would not close properly. * The bathtub was extremely slippery, creating what we considered to be a significant safety hazard. * Complimentary Wi-Fi was advertised as an amenity, yet it never worked during our entire stay.

Our room had a funky smell in it and it also had items left behind from someone else that was missed by the housekeeper... The staff were kind but the room was not great. Luckily we were only there for one night or else we would have requested a new room.

The room smelled musty but was clean. The bed was comfortable. Good enough for 2 night stay. Everything was in working condition

The whole experience was terrible…. Flies… tv didn’t work….hair dryer didn’t work… shower knob broken….dirty towels…. Poor customer service… would not recommend this property to anyone… I am seeking a refund

The bathroom door doesn't shut, there was multiple lamps/lights in the room and only one worked. We had to call the front desk to request new bedding due to yellow stains on the blankets, there was hair already in the shower and we hadn't even used it yet.

The property need work on bathtub had rusted stain water pressure low need upgrade no breakfast

I originally booked for the price. Room smelled like cigarettes when and my daughter arrived. My room wasn’t the cleanest. I wiped everything down and I had to use bleach wipes to “mop” the floor. The door drafter was half off so I used a towel under it. Bed and pillows was hard as a rock. Staff was okay. But barely seen them.

Very poor attention at all times at reception, breakfast included and only serving coffee

Limited outlets. No one at front desk due to other duties/tasks watering flowers etc. Need some kind of phone or something to reach them when not available. Only one towel in the room for 4 schedule guests, same with the cups MAIN THING-- website states has FREE BREAKFAST which was ONLY COFFEE and that was ONLY available for the breakfast hours. VERY DISSAPPOINTING and MISLEADING advertisement on the booking site. Rescue squad and police there on arrival. Could have benefited by atleast on chair and small table in room and there was enough space.

Absolutely awful, never again . We got stuck in the elevator and there were naked dudes with towels just walking down the hallway, the room was also hot
