Comfort Inn & Suites Cincinnati Eastgate

My experience of this property was bad key never worked bed was dirty, floor was not clean I keep having to go to front desk over and over never was offered to help just give new key we stayed but every day found something new first garbage I drawer floor dirty, second drull on pillow food on sheet, third baby throw up on dubai never ask if they could clean it we where told they cleaned ever other day but still nothing was not happy

There was no big tub like in the picture when I booked the room. The breakfast was pretty lacking too. For 150 I kinda expected more. Plus our room wasn't even ready until 530p

This is an older hotel so it has a smell about it. Room was clean, staff were very kind, pool area no towels!

The common areas were run down and sad. The room was filthy and the toilet wasn't even properly bolted to the floor. I checked out early and the only thing the front desk employee was concerned about was telling me that I still had to pay for the night I wasn't going to spend tjere.

one of the dirtiest places i’ve seen, i’m surprised it’s not shut down. got one room and walked in to smelling cigs and dirty bed and trash on the ground. complained and got another room and it was the same thing and just got a refund and left. also the pictures on Expedia app the rooms did not match up at all

Room was clean but the hallways were not very clean.

Decent spot to stay for the $. Not dirty, just dated.

Key cards never worked staff were nice to helping get in but not being able to get into room and having to take the slow elevator up and down with new sets of keys every time sucked.

It was still a bit dirty, soap from previous stay was still in the shower.

The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL.

The rooms was big . The room was never cleaned. I had hair all over the bed and the toilet and shower wasn't cleaned never cleaned at all it was so dirty. The bathroom counter was dirty with hair all over it mirrors was nasty. The floors in the room were dirty and stuff all over it. The furniture has stuff on it and got onto my personal items.

Very disappointed as I believed I was making a safe choice with a Comfort.

A good no frills hotel

The staff were very nice. The room was not clean. There was no shower curtain. I assumed the shampoo bottle on the wall had shampoo to discover it was completely out when I was in the shower. The ice machine did not work. The "breakfast" ran out of eggs within the first part of breakfast. There was never more made, I waited. The beds were a huge spring. It was possibly the worst nights sleep and the worst stay I have had. The only good thing I can say is the staff were nice.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve had. No toilet paper roll holder.
