The pool and close to doctor office Breakfast and it was dirty and you couldn't block the street light from coming in the windows

Nothing. Rooms were dirty and bathroom shower was disgusting. The shower mat and curtain were covered with mold. I was charged $30 for early check in but my friends arrived 10 minutes after me and were not. Would not refund me. Vending machines took my money and no one at the front desk to tell. Front desk staff were always absent. You had to call a number and someone would come to assist when they found the time. It was like a privately owned hotel.

Nice community away from m the bustle of the city. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. I like the fact you could tilt your tvs.

The property is older and needs updating. The air conditioning in the room didn’t get cold enough. The staff were great.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the toilet and floor. Roaches in the room. And when I went to open the door tonkeave one was crawling in. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. When I let front desk know her response was " I can believe it housekeeping walked out" Now I'm wondering was the the "bedding even clean?". I do feel like I deserve a refund of some sort. NO I do not want a free room or points towards a room. I promise I want stay at another Comfort Inn.

The bed was good. Ample lighting. Breakfast was good with decent hours. TV was centered between couch and bed. And on the smaller size. There was no TV guide didn't know what we were watching. Shower head is nice and updated but pressure was lacking.

We then went in to inspect the room and immediately found a baby roach in the bathroom. We then found another one in every drawer we opened. When we told the staff about it, they said they couldn't do anything because there were no other rooms. They eventually said they'd refund the room but I've still not received any indication that they have done so.
