Very good

This hotel has seen better days. It needs to be remodeled. The spaces were dingy and worn. There was no smoke detector in my room -just a hole in the wall with wires sticking out. One of the bathroom light fixtures flickered off and on. Not what I expected for the price I paid.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was a nice size, the beds were comfortable, as were the linens & pillows. A breakfast buffet is available here for a separate charge, but we were in a hurry that morning & chose not to eat. There is a restaurant with a bar attached to the property & a nice pool. It was exceptionally clean, & the AC worked perfectly, which was a verygoodthing. Dove products in the bathroom was a very nice touch. Excellent location, lots of stores & restaurants located around the hotel. All in all, worth the price & a nice stay.

Checking in was easy, the only complaint we had was the bathroom had hair on the toilet seat and in the shower when we arrived in our room. Everything else in the room was clean and good.

Very good stay

We spent 1 night out of 4 there. The room was not clean. Dusty alarm clock and furniture, residue left on headboard, garbage behind the side table. That is just to name a few things with the room. Even the ice bucket was filthy. Just did not feel safe. The energy was off. We contacted the manager who was the only positive thing about the place. He was very nice and showed genuine concern about the state of the room. We did receive a full refund and stayed elsewhere.

Room was clean bed was comfortable. Furniture was scratched and out dated but overall a great place to stay. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Loved the fountain area the atmosphere was nice. The attached restaurant was good too

Comfortable bed

The cleanliness did not reach a 3-star level. The mirror had something on it; I'm not sure what it was, but we didn't touch it. The tub was so stained that we waited until we came home to shower, unfortunately.

The room was very outdated, like I was walking back into the 90’s. Old furniture that had tons of wear and tear. Curtains wear stained. Furniture was stained. Air conditioner in room extremely loud. Breakfast was a joke. Food quality was poor. Eggs were hard, everything seemed like it was warmed up in the microwave from the day before. For the price I would not recommend. The quality of this hotel should be 59.00 a night. . The Eastgate mall next to it is barely holding on, hardly any stores left.
