Our room and bathroom were clean and quiet. The breakfast and coffee were good. The staff we saw were pleasant, especially the gentleman who checked us in. The lotion in the bathroom was not new. Either put in a new one or none, do not leave a used one.

Welcoming front desk personnel, very clean and comfortable facility. Wonderful hot shower and great beds/bedding. The location is perfect, near restaurants, stores and the interstate. It had one of the best breakfast selections of places I have stayed. No issues with the Internet. Not a big deal but there are no microwaves in the room.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It was very comfortable and clean, with a great location and a grocery store right across the street. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was good. One negative was that they ran out of waffle batter, and the attendant was nowhere to be found (until my bagel was toasted...). In addition, it took them some time to refill the coffee supply, but that was easier to work around. Parking is easy. The hotel is next to the Eastgate Mall, which seems to have seen better days. Even so, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The traffic noise was not a problem.

The location was perfect shopping all around the hotel. The lady's that work the desk was so amazing an helped with any needs.

We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a very nice assortment. Loved the homemade oatmeal with so many toppings! The hotel was across the freeway from the famous Jungle Jim’s..look it up on the web.

We felt like they needed more plugs near the beds as well USB plugs on the nightstand
