Our stay was ok. It was hot in the hotel and the paperwork on the desk in our room stated we could order room service until 9pm however when we decided to so we were told that was no longer offered. Disappointed. Seemed outdated and dark to me. Not sure I would recommend.

Unique property in the Mariemont area of Cincinnati. A lot of character. On site restaurant and near other places to walk. Unique character and decor. Cincinnati history. Comfortable, large rooms. Easy parking.

Beautiful architecture, extremely clean, friendly staff, restaurant was great, lounge/bar for drinks Direct tv didn’t carry reds games and glitched during rain

This hotel is quiet yet close to dining & ice cream options that we enjoy. Parking was easy and perfect landing spot for a day in the city

Beautiful property, staff were all amazing, parking was easy, and there are places to walk to!

Parking was easy, the property and the room were both clean. We had one small issue with key cards and we had to be switched to another room due to the first room's door lock not responding to key cards. That prolonged our check-in and resulted in having to return to the front desk a couple of times, but the staff handled it well and it wasn't their fault.

The lady who checked us in was so rude. Did not welcome us say hello or tell us one thing about the hotel. Didn’t even thank us! We were shocked at her attitude!

It was a very interesting and unique building. The little village around it and the community was so nice. The food at National exemplar was fabulous. Highly recommend the food! We enjoyed the stay!

Love the old Architecture you're keeping in great shape. That made it a place I would stay if I had the choice. Just was in and out so didn't have a chance to take advantage of everything, but there was nothing that stood out.
