I liked the property

Limpio, excelentes instalaciones , personal amable , accesible

Nice big property with a large restaurant center across the road. Out of downtown but accessible. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Was given a room for those with disabilities and had to move equipment in the bathroom and we're not given sufficient towels for 2. We made do but for the price of the room, I expect more tbh

Got it because it was advertised as having a City view. There was zero visibility to the city.

Room and hotel were nice. Little bit of a musty smell in the room but it was clean. Biggest complaint is the parking situation. This is quite a large hotel but very minimal parking available in the garage. Only other option was street parking. Overall I would stay here again and appreciate all of the beautiful art in the hotel!

I’m a locum traveling doctor and often stay at the Summit every few weeks. My experience is always satisfying and even when something is ok it of the normal, the staff at the hotel is always courteous and makes my stay a pleasant and stress free experience.

And accommodating not just too me but with other guest as well. When I needed extra linens they made sure to bring me some right away. N/a

Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming. The hotel is a piece of artwork- very clean a beautiful scent when you walk through the door. I don’t have the words to describe how perfect the Summit Hotel is. N/A

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean They were replacing the wifi so there was NONE the whole time I was there. They should have warned me about that and given me a discount. Also there were NO restaurants/food available the whole time. There should be at least one place to eat at all times!!! VERY disappointing.

The front desk staff at 3pm not very professional and not very nice. Carried on conversations as I was trying to check in. Evening staff was excellent.

My card was charged for my room. I had an issue with my new card putting the $75 hold on it. The manager was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. He was so quick to say oh we can refund you. I didn't feel accepted ?. The other helped until we got it figured out.
