The breakfast was excellent! I enjoyed my biscuits and gravy and eggs, but I absolutely loved the apple juice! It was nice and cold and sweet enough but not too sweet. The bed was very comfortable and seemed clean as well. First of all, the place was run-down in appearance on the outside and inside and really needs a makeover! I had called ahead that day of check in and asked if I could check in early. The manager on duty said yes and assured me that, by the time I got there and checked in, my room would be clean and ready. I checked in and decided to go to the room with my things. I quickly found out that there were no luggage trolleys to use and that there was NO ELEVATOR and my room was on the second floor! Well, I got my things up the stairs (by the way, the railings felt dirty and sticky!) and when I got to my room, it was NOT cleaned after all! I called down to the desk and told the manager about the state of the room and I waited at least 10 or 15 minutes for him to come up. (He was the only one on duty, he said, except for the housekeeper who had 90 rooms to clean all by herself!) He came up and gave me the room next door that was cleaned already and I started taking note of the room after closing the door. Sure enough, the bedside stand in between the beds with the radio and phone was sticky, like someone had spilled their soda and didn't it get cleaned up properly. I just took a clean washcloth, wet it, and cleaned the table and phone myself. Smh. Everything else looked ok, I guess. Then later, when I was taking a shower, the stupid lights that are motion-activated went off after a very short time and I had to stick my hand outside the shower curtain to make them come back on. So much for a relaxing shower! The toilet lid didn't stay up properly and it was so annoying to deal with when trying to use the restroom!

Everything was nice. I did not ask about policy of hotel when someone e leaves something behind. I left a nice pair of shoes and Noone called me to let me know

The hallways had an awful odor. They seem to have dehumidifiers to help mitigate it but it didn't really help. I think the property could use a little bit of a refurbish. The TV didn't work. I asked the front desk clerk help me and he never showed up. And the breakfast looked un-edible so I just left. It was disappointing. I don't think I'll be staying there again

The bathroom was not what expected for a hotel the tub had something on the floor the fan was very loud

Room smelled musty. The colors are very dark and dreary in the rooms and hallway. Floor wasn't vacuumed. The pool was facing a parking lot. There was a homeless man that kept walking around the pool and parking lot.
-
Not bad. Would’ve given it more stars, but my vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. The staff was very helpful with letting see the videos of the parking lot.

Exactly what I needed. Nice pool as well.

Passable
-
Really dated property and room. It was clean and comfortable, but everything just looked cheap.
-
Parking is fine and onsite but everything else about this hotel was not good.
-
Nothing The property was horrible drug deals going in the parking lot arguing between the drug dealer and the customers the prostitutes were out there walking in the parking lot in lingerie. We physically watch them go into the hotel for a little bit. Come back out. We stayed there for four hours and had to check out and sleep in the car because my youngest granddaughter which is one has surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Pictures do not show how this property is. It is very old but it’s not maintained and cleaned very well. It wasn’t clean

The Location to downtown was nice. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled like dirty old cigarettes and weed, and our hotel room smelled like chlorine from a swimming pool. Cleaning staff was standing right outside main entrance smoking right beside a no smoking sign.
-
Nothing The sheets were stained, footprints on the walls, stains on the walls. The front desk advisor was rude

Location and price No elevator, room was dusty and bathroom was not clean. Sheets needed changing. Asked desk for cleaning products to first to clean room , no staff was available to do so. The next day there was staff to clean the room.
-
The bathroom shower curtains had stains on them, towels were limited and not to mention very dull and not bright whites, floors very slippery and almost feel 4x, carpet was nasty/dirty. For the amount of money paid for the room was expecting more. TV was extra small and hard to watch, breakfast didn’t include any meats 😡

room wasnt that clean had dirty towels hanging in the shower and spider webs needed painting
