Days Inn by Wyndham Cincinnati I-71

Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.

It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The place was disgusting and stunk so bad and the employee lied to us about getting our refund!

The room was very dirty, the toilet looked like it wasn’t even cleaned and the shower had hair all over it. I had to go get my own cleaning supplies to clean it up just to make it through one night but luckily the front desk guy refunded me for the second night. I could not stay there any longer.

This property is really run-down... but at least is was reasonably cleanliness was acceptable.

Everything Nothing

The room was very basic and smelled like stale cigarettes even though I chose a no smoking room. The blankets had burn holes in them.the toilet barely flushed. I had to flush several times to get it down. The sink knob fell off when I turned the sink on. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Overall just a terrible experience. I originally was gonna stay 3 nights but quickly decided against. Only lasted 1 night in the room. Still waiting for my money back. Would not book again

The location was great. Easy access to freeway and to to stores and restaurants They advertise through the booking.com app for free breakfast but offer no breakfast

Very near the entrance and exit of the freeway. The kind of breakfast available.

Nice but the only problem I had was the lights were dim and there was no light bulbs over my bed

Nothing Everything

We Cancelled Immediately upon arrival,once we saw what the motel looked like&what was going on in the motel parking lot at some of the bottom floor rooms+ ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER Anywhere on premises! Ask desk clerk for a refund,he could barely speak Any English,kept pointing to a sign,No Hot water! The place was a Dump,filthy with Criminal activity going on on property bin the motel parking lot in plain sight,!! We Will be Reporting this Entire Experience 4/27/26 to the Proper Authorities of Cincinnati Health Department ,law Enforcement, Building code inspectors,Days Inn/ Wyndham,Ohio State Attorney Generals office of Consumer Fraud,As well as our Family Attorneys William J Scott Attorneys at law. This company Will regret the Day they attempted to steal $122.00 from this Veteran Senior couple.

The room that was given had a lot of cigarette smell. I called back, and it was changed for me.

Very good

I did not like it at all! I felt very unsafe! The door lock latch was very loose. As a woman traveling with my 8 year old daughter I need to feel safe secure and the screws to the door latch were very loose on the door. I did not feel safe at all! There’s too many bad things happening in the world and when I brought this problem to the front desk they said there were no more rooms and all of the doors were like that. He did give me my money back but I was and still is very dissatisfied and disappointed I will never stay at Days Inn ever again!

I was given a smoking room but I didn’t ask for one. Boy did it stink! Even the bedding reaked of cigarette smoke. We were exhausted and didn’t want to get back into our car and drive all the way around to the front of the building to talk to the foreigner behind the glass so we made do. Very small room and bathroom but it was clean otherwise.

Average stay. A clean place to lay your head for a weekend. Decent lighting, TV in working order, ample outlets, clean working shower and toilet.

Bed was clean no bed bugs and it was soft It was so out date it on the outside and some of the stuff in the room needs redone

Clerk was nice, location was perfect for where we were going. Price was nice. Scary, the people and atmosphere was not kid friendly. It smelled like pot really bad, even the non smoking room. Bathroom was not sanitary. Cigarette holes in bed covers.

Nothing I reserved a smoking room . But when I arrived they tried to put me im a non smoking room.
