It was convenient to store's Ceiling had mold, pool wasn't clean autistic son had to clean pool, bathroom door was broken Tvs didn't work had to check 3 rooms before we found a suitable room. Breakfast sucked horrible...., I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there!!!!!

The owner was friendly, good price, and the coffee was good. I've never stayed in a more disgusting hotel in my life. No we didn't complain. We needed a place for ourselves and our daughter and her kids and the management clearly didn't care about keeping a nice clean place for their guests. Had there been one or 2 problems they maybe would've addressed a problem. However, in this case the level of utter filth was something I've never seen and certainly doesn't happen in a week or 2 of employees having issues or whatever. The bedding was littered with cigarette holes. The lamp shades were stained and beyond dirty. The walls were next level gross with visible stains and build up, literal chunks in places. Everywhere you looked was dirt and build up. My daughter wouldn't let her kids use the bathtub it was so disgusting as was ours. I don't think the shower curtain had ever been changed out or washed. Our bathroom door was falling apart. Our entrance was in such bad repair that we had a hard time getting in and out and didn't have a chain or secondary lock for our safety. Looked like it was pulled off and just left. We actually watched a drug deal go down within minutes of arriving. Then seen the same people around the property the whole time we were there.hotel. Actually, wonder what photos were used for the website because they are certainly not of this property. Had it not been for the grandkids we would slept in our vehicle before this.

DO NOT STAY HERE! BEWARE WORST HOTEL IN CLARKSVILLE. Roaches, mold, dirty towels, cigerate holes in sheets. Pool wasn't filtered, flies in pool, pool room have zero ventilation. I had to ask them and all they did was open the door. It was like 100 degrees in there. It reeked of chlorine. Was told that the filters would be turned on. Never was. I didnt let my kids go in there.Whos knows when it was kast filtered. They tell you he filters it every morning. I asked to check out and the owner refused said he would come down and talk to me. He never did. My tv didnt work so he basically told the front desk to give me another remote and sent me to my room. I found a roach in my room and took it to front desk. Im so disappointed EXPEDIA did not help me with this reservation. The owner does everything even the housekeeping. He went to check my room when i left thats how i know. I think the wife helps wirh the front desk and nephew. Doesn't turn on air circulation to save money. Mold in bathrooms covered by paint, I had another guest ask me if my bathroom had mold as well. Bathtub was dirty. He cleans the rooms so i dont think he cleans after each guest. Its just gross. Also homeless people wander about thats why they keep the door locked.

The staff are nice. They are pet friendly. Room was clean. The room needs to be upgraded especially the bed sheets,TV and shower head.

Our stay here was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had to switch rooms almost immediately because the first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it was unbearable, and the air conditioning barely worked. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The bathtubs in both rooms were slimy and felt dirty, making it obvious they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cleanliness throughout the stay was a major concern. The atmosphere around the hotel also felt very unsafe. There was constant noise at all hours and frequent police activity on the property. The door lock mechanism barely worked, and the door itself didn’t feel secure. If it wasn’t deadbolted with the chain engaged, it honestly felt like it could be forced open pretty easily. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was that staff members were constantly walking past our window and looking inside. On multiple occasions, I put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but after hearing people outside and opening the door, I repeatedly found the sign removed and lying on the ground. I don’t know how it kept ending up there, but it happened enough times to make us feel uneasy about our privacy. Thankfully, I always keep my luggage locked, and I carry legally for personal protection, but I shouldn’t have to feel like I need those precautions just to stay in a hotel.Overall, this property felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained. I would strongly recommend saving your money.

I was in need of a clean, dry comfortable room and bed in order to get some good rest. This hotel was not any of those things. The woman that checked me in was kind and accommodating. The hotel is terribly worn, rusted, leaking, used up. I think the building is too far gone to attempt to renovate. It’s a decent location. Maybe a tear down and re-build would work here.

Maybe put people with animals on other side of the hotel so the people aren’t kept up All night and maybe cleaner rooms I liked the pool but that’s about it and the bed was soft whoever so called cleaned did not do a good job
