Our stay here was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had to switch rooms almost immediately because the first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it was unbearable, and the air conditioning barely worked. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The bathtubs in both rooms were slimy and felt dirty, making it obvious they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cleanliness throughout the stay was a major concern. The atmosphere around the hotel also felt very unsafe. There was constant noise at all hours and frequent police activity on the property. The door lock mechanism barely worked, and the door itself didn’t feel secure. If it wasn’t deadbolted with the chain engaged, it honestly felt like it could be forced open pretty easily. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was that staff members were constantly walking past our window and looking inside. On multiple occasions, I put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but after hearing people outside and opening the door, I repeatedly found the sign removed and lying on the ground. I don’t know how it kept ending up there, but it happened enough times to make us feel uneasy about our privacy. Thankfully, I always keep my luggage locked, and I carry legally for personal protection, but I shouldn’t have to feel like I need those precautions just to stay in a hotel.Overall, this property felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained. I would strongly recommend saving your money.

I was in need of a clean, dry comfortable room and bed in order to get some good rest. This hotel was not any of those things. The woman that checked me in was kind and accommodating. The hotel is terribly worn, rusted, leaking, used up. I think the building is too far gone to attempt to renovate. It’s a decent location. Maybe a tear down and re-build would work here.

No problems

Maybe put people with animals on other side of the hotel so the people aren’t kept up All night and maybe cleaner rooms I liked the pool but that’s about it and the bed was soft whoever so called cleaned did not do a good job

The location is the only good thing It was disgusting

Conveniently close to the highway Picked this specific hotel because it offered a free breakfast. It should not advertise that it offers free breakfast though.

Value, and potential. Finding a hotel that has an indoor pool for the kids in the off season is difficult. My problem, and I walked out with my kids after a couple hours there was the guests down the way we're doing things I didn't want my children around.. I was exhausted but booked another hotel at midnight and my anger got me the rest of the way to nashville. Staff were great. Facility wasn't bad for the price. Pretty decent location with stores and restaurants all around. The smell, the room smelled horrible and like I said. Other guests were doing things that I didn't want around my children.

Location and the staff We checked in and went to our room, hotel room keys didn’t work, when we got into our room it was filthy, the pool even had dirty toys, bugs and clumps of hair floating around in it.

this hotel needs to be shut down immediately!! the manager comes inside my room without my knowledge. I have a do not enter sign hang in my door and they take it off I have a hidden camera and I have him recorded and the cleaning people walks in my room and stole a pair of pants and shirt from my bags

Pool was not heated. No breakfast. Charged $4 fee upon arrival and check out but could not tell me what the fee was for. Took multiple attempts to open the room door due to lock mechanism not working properly. Sheets were stained. Did not feel safe.
