Clean and well maintained property. Only complaint would be the staff. They weren't very friendly or helpful.

Great place to stay while passing through on a family vacation

Everything was fine other than the bed. Not at all comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was 5+. A quick stop over while road-tripping through. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. And most of all — love love love how clean everything was. Thank you!

Greeting staff could have been better. Check in was easy once we were acknowledged. Room was good.

Property is centrally located near several restaurants and a mall. Everything was clean, staff were pleasant, breakfast was delicious, and pool was well maintained. Beds are comfortable however the room was muggy at times due to the AC not running continuously. Room would get down to 67 but would cut off every few minutes before cutting back on so it was hard to keep a consistent temp. This is normal for a lot of hotel rooms and would not deter us from staying again. Walls can be thin, I’d suggest asking for a top floor room to avoid the tap dancing travel ball players we encountered staying above us. Not the hotels fault and did not greatly impact our stay

My fiancé and I stay here every time we travel down to GA to visit family. Love the staff, have never had a complaint about cleanliness or comfort <3

Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was decent

Staff was extremely nice. Room was perfect size for an overnight stay (2 adults, 1 dog). Super clean. Outside areas were very well lit when I had to take my dog out after dark.

Breakfast was good.

Loved the pool table! I played 3 full games!

Pet hair and wet dog smell permeated our room. I personally cleaned what i could and staff staff tried to accommodate, bringing a fresh change of bedding. Will not stay at such a “pet friendly” hotel again if I can help it.

Clean room

Stayed one not, clean and comfortable.

Great amenities, nice communal areas, excellent breakfast. Large rooms.

Usually love the Tru properties, but not this one. Our room was humid and smelled like wet dog. There were stains on our comforters and there was something wet at the base of one of the beds.

Nice property and check in was easy. Breakfast had choices and nice space to sit and eat.

Entry to hotel looked worn. Paint chipping on exterior of entry. Interior lacked detailed cleaning, corners and window sills were dirty

The bad: Super tiny rooms. Horrible beds. Extremely loud AC. Bathrooms had no fans, not finished well and water did not stay in the shower due to bad design. Breakfast bar was nothing to be excited about. For the cost, I was disappointed and would not stay again. This was just our experience.

The property was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right with everything from cold cereal to pancakes. The property is well maintained. It smelled clean.
