Clean room

Stayed one not, clean and comfortable.

Great amenities, nice communal areas, excellent breakfast. Large rooms.

Usually love the Tru properties, but not this one. Our room was humid and smelled like wet dog. There were stains on our comforters and there was something wet at the base of one of the beds.

Loved having a sitting area and pool table in the lobby with a full outdoor sitting area. It's really nice to be able to sit an spread out with the family after a long car ride without having to be sitting in beds and a cramped room. Power outlets next to the TV didnt work. There was an HDMI error when trying to watch Disney+ (We used our own log it) and the message displayed took up half the screen and never went away. Something about lower resolution based on the HDMI port or something. Also the bottom part of our door was bent inward leaving a huge gap between the door jam and the door we could see people walking past in the hallway thats how large the gap was.

Nice property and check in was easy. Breakfast had choices and nice space to sit and eat.

Entry to hotel looked worn. Paint chipping on exterior of entry. Interior lacked detailed cleaning, corners and window sills were dirty

The bad: Super tiny rooms. Horrible beds. Extremely loud AC. Bathrooms had no fans, not finished well and water did not stay in the shower due to bad design. Breakfast bar was nothing to be excited about. For the cost, I was disappointed and would not stay again. This was just our experience.

The property was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right with everything from cold cereal to pancakes. The property is well maintained. It smelled clean.

Property is in a safe and easy to find location. Rooms were clean but really tiny and I got put in a smaller room than what I booked on Expedia but was not refunded the difference but that was potentially Expedias fault.

Very clean hotel. Rooms very small tho but if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower this place fits the bill. Plenty of food places within walking distance Kids enjoyed the pool table. Pool was closed so can’t comment on that

The breakfast and location look good. Easy enough to get to. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't heat my food in my room making me have to stand in line behind a lot of people using one microwave.

The hotel was cleaning quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful upon check in. It was very convenient to everything at well.When they cleaned the room they didn't make the bed. Never had that happen before. Other than that I would stay here again

Amazing from top to bottom. Nice clean rooms beautiful boho decor in lobby. Dog friendly. They even have treats in the lobby. Breakfast was good and the staff wonderful.

We thought this hotel was great. The decor is bright and colorful, the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. There was a free pool table and board games in the lobby and free tv games in the rooms. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again.
