There is a need for more than one microwave near the dining area of the hotel. Like one on each floor. However, I'm sure this is not the first time you've heard this.

It is clean, convenient and a nice easy off easy on in any direction. Be aware the rooms are very small, I now understand that is typical for Tru hotels. The friendly staff and well stocked, well maintained breakfast area made up for the small rooms!!

The rooms smell very bad!

Staff were so sweet, breakfast was good for a budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful with one exception. In the middle of the of the night the power strip on the night stand blew up. It made loud popping noises and made a bad burning smell. It turned all my equipment off. I thought it had blown up my cpap. The next morning with everything unplugged it still was making noises and smelled like it was burning. This feels like a hazard. Staff were very attentive to the issue and said they would send the maintenance guy right away

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.! The mattress on the bed was too soft, we both have bad backs so the soft mattress not good for us.

The room I initially was given smelled strongly of an old mop smell which is not the worst smell ever but was pungent enough to not want to have to deal with. Front desk allowed me to change rooms quickly however. In the new room I didn't have any washcloths but was provided as many as I needed with the nightshift front desk staff that was super friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is playful with ample lobby space to work on your laptop or enjoy a game of pool. Rooms are comfortable. Generous breakfast buffet set us up for the next leg of road trip.
