By the Beach Rentals

full kitchen was sufficient. Bed very comfortable and pillows decent. Nice towels. Need a non slip mat for the tub and a handicap bar would be nice. Toilet paper was awful. No small shampoo. Would prefer a keurig! bringing ground coffee and filters for a three day stay is ugh.

The apartment had amazing views from every window. The pool and facilities were extremely clean. The apartment is a little old, but the location (safe and walkable to the beach and restaurants) was perfect!!! We saw dolphins swimming in the bay from the living room window! The beds were so comfortable!!! Everything was great. At first it was older than we thought, but then we fell in love with the view, comfort, and cleanliness. The air conditioning was amazing! Loved that each room had its own unit.

The only other small problem was the shower head which fell twice in the tub (scared us the first time) and one time it hit me in the head while in the shower.

Clean, quiet, great walkability to beach and restaurants. The only negatives: small outdated bathroom & the AC light illuminating the bedroom.

Location is great! Property Manager involved and communicated upon arrival, during stay and after left. Relaxing atmosphere. Nothing, small issues were resolved timely

The furniture and decor feel tired and uninviting, making it a place you don’t really want to spend much time in. The kitchen appliances are in poor condition: the large burner on the electric stove does not work, many switches appear burnt out, and the cookware is very low quality. There was not even a basic bottle of dish detergent provided, so we had to buy one and left it behind for future guests. The bathroom also needs attention — no shampoo or conditioner was provided, the toilet seat is loose at the hinges, the flush handle is broken, and the right sink has very low water pressure.

It took us awhile to find the heater. We kept the heater in the main area which meant the clothes closet and bathroom were very cold.

In the beginning we had a problem with one of the sinks, and the owner drove hours to fix it right away. We are very appreciated. Nothing.

Location, cleanliness, felt like home Shower pressure was not good and there was a slight smell from the water. Other than that, it was great

It said it was strictly a No Smoking facility…per the rules provided in the room and this was Not the case! There were several people smoking within the complex.

The location is a few blocks from the beach and near to great restaurants. The host is friendly, attentive and easy to reach. The other guests were friendly and quiet.

Location to the beach and private pool was a nice added bonus.

If we had any issues in our room, the issue was addressed appropriately. We saw dolphins, a sea turtle, and herons on the bay.

The Apartments were right on the water, loved watching and being on the waterfront! Also could walk to boat ? launch and Clearwater Beach ?️, restaurants and shops! Wish we could have stayed longer ?

Having the Channel and the beach close by. Free parking. Home-like facility. Quiet location. Self check in. Convenient lounge chairs, grill and pool. We'll stocked kitchen. No key access. Couch and chair needs upgrade

We liked water view, fishing, watching dolphins swimming close. New pickle ball courts only two minutes short walk. All was good.
