It was humid and took a while for the room to get to temp.

This hotel was not an ideal place if wanting peace and quiet to study for finals. I could hear my neighbors in their rooms and walking the halls (I’m hard of hearing and still could hear them). The hot breakfast was disappointing. The waffles were the best part. Lastly, hotel staff was invasive in privacy and not accommodating. I had an accident in my room (it shouldn’t matter what type of accident) and it made a mess on the linen so I requested new linen. Staff told me to put dirty linen plastic bag and will be picked up when I checked out. That would have been 4 days of potential odor. The next day I asked again what to do with the dirty linen, another staff said to throw it out and once again asked what type of accident. Also I explained that I am taking my final and will check out when I am finished. My final started at 9am. Front desk offered no accommodations and just said “as long as you are out by 1130”. I just felt pressured to hurry up and given an explanation to accident.

I enjoyed the staycation very much!!! The housekeeping was amazing and cleaned my room every single day, clean towels, made the bed took out the trash. The staff was very helpful and polite especially Jeff at the front desk. I even enjoyed the pool area that was also clean and reserved for people who have little kids , family members and they do not allow horse play no so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

I told him we had a dog and he said it is an extra $35 fee. I told him the website states $25/night. I didn't argue, I just needed to get to my room. Room was not very clean. Exposed holes in wall, moldy bath sink, filthy rugs with stains. I was too tired to complain and just dealt with the dirty room. We were only staying 1 night. When I went downstairs to get more bags from the car the same staff person confronted me and said you have to pay for 2 more adults. Him and a new front desk person said we are changing hotel policies and adults are now 14+. We need to charge you more. I said my kids are 16 and 17. I went on my phone and opened the Hotel.com app. While the new front desk staff watched on my phone, I entered the info. It showed kids are allowed up to 17 yrs old. I told both I booked through hotels.com and it's not my fault your company did not change it's information. They did not say anything and I assumed they were going to honor the online booking price, so I walked away. Now over a week later, I looked at my credit card and was charged a $100 deposit which was refunded, a $35 for a dog fee, and a $30 unknown fee I have no idea why I was charged. All I can say is I would not stay there again.

Everything was good and clean, the only thing was the breakfast, can be better.

The location was convenient, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience

Nice hotel , clean and close to beaches

Took 15 minutes to get checked in, while the desk clerk kept checking the computer. The room was prepaid via Hotels.com. The clerk also charged my credit card for incidentals, which has NOT been refunded to my credit card. It's been over 4 days since I checked out. NOT happy!

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient in checking us in quickly. Our room was clean and we had a great stay.

Staff at night was kinda rude the place smells like mold, all appliances have rust property needs major repairs and fixtures we were worried they had bed bugs never staying here again

Hi! I had a great stay overall. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made every guest feel appreciated. There’s plenty of free parking around the building, but it’s first come, first served. When I checked in on Saturday, only about 20% of the parking spots were taken. By Sunday morning, it looked closer to 85% full. My room was cozy and clean. I especially want to mention that the toilet, bathtub, and bed linens were exceptionally clean!!!!! That really stood out to me! I only have a couple of small maintenance suggestions. Some of the caulking looks like it was applied over areas with mildew, or maybe mildew is starting to form underneath. The area around the bathtub faucet could also use a little more silicone to seal it properly. It might also be helpful to make defrosting the refrigerators part of a weekly maintenance project. The freezer in my room had such a thick layer of ice that I wasn't really able to use it. Other than that, everything was great. I really mean it - the location, price, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent. Most importantly, the room was clean and completely pest-free. I definitely recommend this place

Extremely loud in the hallway til midnight. Room has smell of dogs and pet hair on carpeted baseboard.

The bed wax terrible lots of broken and used springs it was bad and needs to be replaced. When I hit in room it wax set 78 do it had a musty smell to it.

Jeff is the king of hospitality! We visit every couple of months to visit family in the area. This occasion was different as our daughter's car had issues. It took 3 or 4 days to get the issue resolved and Jeff was VERY accommodating to get us through that ordeal. We would check out in the morning planning to get the car and go back home only to be told by the shop that it would be one more day. Jeff was so GREAT to take us back in, even giving us the room we had just left that morning. His sense of humor helped keep our spirits up and really made us feel welcome (day after day). THANKS JEFF!!! Only the circumstances (broken vehicle) during our stay. No issues with the property. We actually utilized the laundry facilities since our stay was longer than expected.
