Residence Inn by Marriott Clearwater Downtown

Excellent customer service and very clean and organized facilities

Exceptional

Great property if you aren’t staying at the beach. Close proximity to get to beach.

Breakfast blew us away! Victor in the kitchen was producing these little egg souffles containing spinach, tomatoes, onions and cheese. They were the most delicious breakfast items ever. Astrid and the other ladies were kind, helpful and made breakfast special. The perfection of the cooking of the bacon, ham, sausage, and eggs impressed me. Also liked completeness of the suite kitchen. Liked desk chair. Liked all personnel from Bryce to Randall, Norm and Josh. Ocreanis. Astrid, Victor. Liked location and parking provided. Liked the clean pool with western exposure sunlight. Tub faucet leaks were fixed immediately. Need more grab bars in bathroom to assist some elderly clientele to get up from toilet. Beds were way too high.

Great place to stay. Great staff

Rooms Clean - Staff Great - Breakfast Outstanding - Great Location

Everyone was accommodating and so nice. HELPFUL,I would stay there again definitely

Nice sized room, good value for the price, and one of the cheapest options in the area. You'll probably need uber to get to downtown, as the 20-minute walk can be brutal in Florida heat. I was there to see a rock concert, and was pleasantly surprised to see the band members were also staying there.

Had a nice stay, was there over the weekend. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff gave great service.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Little park nearby for the dog to walk around as well

We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and spacious. Love the kitchenette so we didn't have to eat all meals out. The breakfast was delicious, had variety, and was plentiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast staff was amazing. There is a particular staff, she was helpful and attentive and says "Have a blessed day" which starts the day right. Our tub needs a little bit of fixing up in the both rooms. But the hotel is quite and lovely. Location is closeby to Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back in the future.

Fantastic
