Very clean! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable! The only negative is the entrance is a little trick for those that are not familiar with the area. Not the hotel’s fault, just the way the road is laid out.

. If you just need a bed for a night, it serves the purpose well.

There is no breakfast. Gabby the cleaning lady is very efficientand friendly. This is a family run/owned business. Danny and his sons do an excellent job watching over their property and keeping it in tip top shape. I feel very safe here. They are a great family. I have been here for quite a while- well over a month. I had to deal with them having the whole property painted, but it was a minor inconvenience. Since I have resided here for so long I was expecting a break on the costs but that has not occurred. I am in the process of securing Federal employment which takes some time, so I will continue to reside here until that occurs.

Clean room, ac cooled well. no pool onsite but close enough to the beach.

I was in town for a family medical emergency. After driving 24hrs, I didn't stay more than 15 minutes. Long enough to book a room elsewhere. (non-refundable booking so I lost $200) I travel a lot and this was among the worst places I've ever stayed. I did not feel safe here. The photos of the rooms are deceiving. The layers of black dirt smudge down the front of the office door and handle was the first clue. The room was long overdue for cleaning and painting; stains on the walls and floors, drips down the front of the furniture. The tub was disgusting. Refrigerator had crud in the corners. No coffee supplies. Floors hadn't been washed in a very long time. The bedding was iffy with pillows covered in worn cases. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. Enough folks hanging around that the cleaning and painting could be accomplished if they made the effort...! REPLACE THE TUB.

Well maintained with recent renovations. Clean rooms and quite location. Will be back again
