We always love staying here. It is definitely upscale and a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated.

Very convenient location downtown with plenty of guest parking. Well appointed rooms for our short stay. Good also for good and small dogs.

We love staying at The Cotton House when we’re in Cleveland! Hands down the best place in the area. You must eat at Staples as well!

Had a roof top bar and in a good location. Just need to work on the cleaning a little bit more in the showers other than rinsing hair off the walls it was a good stay. Will more than likely use again.

For 212 dollars the customer service was horrible and nasty room. I asked to check out 1 hour later and was denied Customer service and cleanliness of the room

The front desk staff, including the night manager with dreads, were truly amazing and made a positive impression. However, I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Despite leaving a $10.00 tip on the first day, the room was not cleaned properly. Fingerprints remained on the bathroom doors, and it was clear that high and reachable places had been overlooked. This was downright embarrassing for a hotel of its caliber. Additionally, my dining experience at Staple, the on-site restaurant, fell short due to over-salted/sauced food. On the bright side, I appreciated the free parking, which was a blessing during my stay. Overall, Cotton House has potential, but they need to improve their cleaning standards and dining options to truly reflect the quality they aim to offer.
