On check in requested room not available. After leaving facility and returning 45 minutes later our room was not ready.

Also, there is no grab and go breakfast and staff was shutting it down about 9:15. I was expecting it to be open until 10:00am, so bought an item in the pantry instead and I’m pretty sure it was out of date. Tasted so bad that I had to throw it away after first bite.

Everything about our stay was wonderful with the exception of the breakfast. The room was exceptionally nice. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows (a problem I have with most hotels). I slept so good! The bathroom was spacious and pristine clean. The breakfast, however, was not so great. The biscuits were hard, the grits had solidified together, and the eggs were tasteless. I chose to eat cereal and a small cup of yogurt. There was also fresh fruit and waffles that were options. Me and my husband generally eat grits, eggs, and biscuits for breakfast and it terrible! Other than that, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Welp, here is an honest review from someone who travels MS year-round for work. I've stayed in every type of hotel imaginable, even questionable ones, and I only leave reviews when I wish I'd known this before booking. I booked an "Executive" suite. Executive? Not even close. The room wasn't ready at 7pm; housekeeping left the deadbolt on. The first light switch I touched had some kind of sauce on it. The room smelled, and there was old food in the fridge. The microwave counter is falling off the wall. Lighting is terrible: one ceiling light at the door, one lamp behind the TV, and one blinding corner lamp. The front desk said this was the handicap room. I feel sorry for anyone paying this price for broken, mismatched furniture. The east-facing curtains don't block sun light no sleeping past sunris. Bedroom lighting was just two blinding, filthy lamps. I moved the living room lamp in for usable light. The bed was awful: worn mattress with deep dips, sheets that wouldn't stay on, a cheap waterproof cover that felt like cardboard, and stains on the mattress underneath. The bathroom has two showers where the curtains don't keep water in. This isn't a true roll-in shower—they just removed the doors. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. The "security" door to the courtyard and pool says it stays locked, but the front desk said it's always unlocked. I checked the pool because of reviews. It had debris floating and covering the bottom. The spotted blue paint hides poor filtration.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was worth it!!

In town for my dad's funeral. 1st room- it was 81°, 2nd room only handicap room available, shower was so weird with water getting all over bathroom, and water pressure so weak it would barely rinse hair but no clean rooms available to move into main hotel. West wing was creepy as no cars were parked back in that area and doors weren't secure at night. As a woman traveling alone, it didn't feel safe. Was told I could move next morning but there were no rooms clean after 1pm. No food amenities offered on Monday and pool water was gross I didn't enjoy. Blow dryer made awful noise and smell . Definitely looked better in picutes but beds (no pillows) were comfortable.

Great location close to Delta State University! The property has two restaurants on-site, plus there’s a Mexican restaurant right across the street. Downtown is less than 5 minutes away and offers several great restaurants and places to eat. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, nice hotel with good amenities and clean rooms. Breakfast included. I would recommend.

the break fast was very good as well , however if the hours are 6-10 and you run out of grits at 8 and the bread and juice dwindles that was disappinting.but the food that WAS available was very good

I would stay at this property in the future. My 1 complaint, The hotel ran out of clean towels.

Took too long for the hot water to work and front desk was notified and was told she didn’t know. Ran it 1 hour for it to still come out lukewarm. Beautiful hotel and clean.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was nice. The pool was not kept and had lots of bugs and looked almost stagnant.. Teenage boys running up and down the hallway at 11 pm didn’t make for a great nights sleep but that was at no fault to the staff.
