Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland by IHG

Would like to see how it’s going to look after the renovations. Dining area had a lot of towels around the bottom of the counters. May want to consider adding more juice options for breakfast.

Property was in the middle of a renovation. Our room was finished! It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location.

Beds were nice, AC was good. Breakfast so so, once they ran out of something wouldn’t replace sometimes. Still remodeling. A little pricy for how it is now

The room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was wonderful and I had no problems at all.

Breakfast-orange juice tasted like it was watered down. Was not good to drink. The pancake machine did not work. The coffee was good and the cinnamon rolls were also.

They are currently remodeling mostly down stairs. The staff is great!! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Area was keep very clean and a good variety of food.

There were no towel racks installed in the bathroom No toilet paper holder The hot water was so hot it would have scalded you. The men restroom in the lobby would not lock because the lock was put on backwards. The fruit for the breakfast provided was not fresh (black bananas) What was great about the staff was Raymond at the desk. He was excellent.

The Location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Place is a mess and under construction... I would not be charging the rate they are for this. The TV is not a SMART TV and the bathrooms are aweful and nasty. No Issues, no extra towels, we had to keep asking them to re- activate our room key.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered. No parking, remodeling going on, and elevator broken. I didn't get in until 2 am and but checkout is at 11, which is fine but the lawnmower starting at 745 am and then housekeeping knocking on door asking if I needed towels at 9:20am. Really??? Felt more like she was making sure I was not oversleeping so I could get out of room on her schedule.

It was a very good stay although very small parking lot for Bus groups. We had four buses no place to park, but the rooms were nice and clean.

Property should have disclosed renovation conditions! Part of the parking spaces taken up by construction and demolition items, raw wall, broken floor tiles, elevator had hole in wall cover and crunchy floor. No signs to acknowledge disrepair! The outside edifice matches the decor expected but the interior makes me feel like Motel 6 had more to offer!! The breakfast was very subpar for the brand’s typical quality. For what was paid I was better off at a different hotel or even motel. The room was ok… missing typical complimentary toiletries. I definitely paid more for less on this rsvp…

Doing remodeling and it was dirty and gross.

the hotel was under renovation so it really wasn't very pleasant...tub was stained, mirror in bath room was cloudy but the bed was made up and clean. Asked for more towels and was told they had one.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Room was not what I ordered but I dealt with it.

The room was very nasty and neglected. The bathroom had black dirt on the floor, toilet had a wring around it, floor needed mopped, toilet had some dirty tape on it. Bath tub was dirty looking. The bathroom mirror had soap scum splatter on it. The refrigerator stand had about two inch dust on it. We were suppose to have rented a smoke free room and it smelled like someone had smoked in it prior. The housekeeper woke us up at 8:00 am wanting to clean the room and when she couldn't she asked for our dirty towels. The manager explained that the rooms were in the process of being renovated but I told her that in that case that room should have never been rented out. If you wouldn't stay in it why would you let others. It was just horrible, a one rating is to good of a rating in this case. My family and myself couldn't wait to leave and get back home. We tried to rent a room somewhere else but everything that didn't allow pets was booked up.
