Park Manor Hotel

The hotel seemed fine, but we were told our room had no working sink faucet and there was no other possible room. How is that possible for a prepaid reservation???

The room were clean but the hall way downstairs were dirty.We didn't have hot water on Saturday until Sunday,therefore we couldn't shower before we left.The no hot water was caused because of a pipe burst, it was really out of their control.But they said they would credit us for that one night and I haven't seen a credit yet.

My room had wires hanging out an outlet on the wall I had large paint chips and the drywall tape was peeling on the top of my window it was about a 3foot hanging piece of drywall tape black mold in the corners of the window.....pool looked absolutely perfect butthesaid it was closed with no reason why

Restaurant food was good

Room was comfortable. Size of room was large. Breakfast was awful. Fruit, instant oatmeal, and bagels that was it. The room had holes in the wall from the door being slammed into it. Other than that good hotel.

Boiler

Disappointing. The shower didnt have a shower head...there was a smell of stale cigarettes, and nothing was clean. The sheets had stains. The chairs had stains. The curtains had stains.

Parking was easy, unfortunately they had a leak in one of their water pipes and the whole lobby was flooded and there was no running water for hours and when it did come on it was only cold water, NO HOT water so we couldn’t shower and the bar was closed due to the water issue!! So sad…

Stay clear!

Entire water system broke, we had no water at all. Couldn't take shower at night and the morning, totally unacceptable charging 250+ a room per night.

Solid choice for price point. Central in the area if your traveling between Albany and saratoga area. Would stay again

This hotel room was filthy with old stains on walls, curtains, doors it was disgusting. Didn't like anything about this place. Dirty, stains on walls, curtains, doors, it was disgusting.

Only room left was next to the elevators and it was so very noisy

Good and clean I lost my eyeglasses never found

The place looks exactly like the picture. Very comfortable and it looks nice when you come in to reception. Has a Chillies next door and they have a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. There was no bins in the room, a broken lamp and a used burger wrapper was found inside my room’s ice bucket. I approached the front desk and explain these issues and no immediate action was taken even when they said they were gonna send someone to fix this.

Funky decoration No where to eat breakfast. Work out room was dirty. Staff was not friendly.

Clean, looked newly renovated. Room was large and pretty Bed was a bit stiff for my liking

The decor is very nice. The staff members were apathetic at best and I couldn’t even get a change over even though I stayed there for almost an entire week

The King room was quite large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was nothing special but a few bagels and coffee set up in the lobby so we went out to eat. We did look inside the bar but didn’t go in to order anything this visit. For the room alone and as the room rate was less than all other hotels in Clifton Park, NY, I would definitely return.

We were not offered any earlier check-in despite ample rooms available. When pressed staff said they could accommodate for extra $40.
