Had the Yes Network No microwave. No coffee maker. Things were broken. Refrigerator barely worked, and it's in a cabinet .

Pleasant

Breakfast just fair. The only cereal options were 2 sugary cereals. Give us some bran. Coffee was good quality Reakfast.

The price It was dirty stained the pool was closed because of the health department we found a steak knife under our mattress. One mattress had a plastic wrap and the other didn’t.

Bar restaurant was excellent great happy hour rooms were really nice only issue was the breakfast was non existent. Bagels and cereal was all they had very poor.

Easily accessible from 87 Thruway. Nice, basic hotel, perfect for a rest during a long drive.

I didn’t use the pool. Bed was comfortable and I loved the location.

The rooms looked great online The room was dirty, cup rings and dusty on the end table, room was not vacuum, someone's dirty sock left near one of the chairs, dirt on bathroom floor, no washcloths, had to use the one and only hand towel to wash up in Am. We slept on top of the covers and didn't want to chance if the sheets were cleaned When I booked the room, I said I would be checking in at 3. They charged me an extra 20.00, which was never mentioned when i booked the room. When I spoke to the front desk, when i was checking out, the gentleman kept nodding and not even 1 word. And when I was finished, he just walked back to his small office behind the wall. I am very disappointed in customer service. I should have known something wasn't right when I was checking in. The 2 women that were working they came out of the sm office aggravated and said there were only 5 of us they shouldn't complain. Unfortunately, all the other hotels around the area were booked for a busy weekend in Saratoga, NY. I had no choice but to stay because I had a 2.5-hour ride home, and it was late when we returned back to the hotel.

Nothing unique. No full breakfast available. Plenty of parking. Good bar but it is not really affiliated with the hotel. Rooms are spartan at best. Outdated bathrooms. Cleanliness is questionable.

Easy last-minute booking with walkable restaurant options. Will definitely keep in mind for next time!
