Terrible! People sleeping in hallways on couches. Keys didn’t work to get into rooms. Asked for clean towels we were told no we ran out….. bed pretty much the floor and like sleeping on wood Pretty much EVERYTHING

There was no soap in the room, it was dirty, and the front desk took so long to check us in

Clean older motel, comfortable bed. Basic breakfast, finishes worn out

Ability to open window. Sometimes air quality in hotels is dry. TV + fridge + microwave. Comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Floor needed moping. Countertops needed cleaning.

The staff was very helpful. The room and the property were not the cleanest. When you need to wear socks or shoes in your room because it's filthy then that's not good. The stairs were really dirty. They could have used a vacuum. The outside needed to be cleaned up a little bit

The property was functional but the room had issues with its finish, bathroom walls had peeling paint and main room had stains on the ceiling. The room was clean and everything worked but it was in need of fit and finish repairs.

Brian at the front desk was very kind to us. We ended up leaving because my friend has asthma and is sensitive to mold. Brian at the front desk was very kind to us, but she couldn’t stay there for health reasons.

Passable

Not much. It smelled of mildew and cigarettes. My room flooding thru the bathroom from upstairs. In multiple spots. They offered to comp one of my nights and then refused to actually follow through. I have photo and video proof. The breakfast and coffee situation was very subpar. Everything was actually pretty horrible.

Nothing. My husband put his wet towel on shower bar after showering and when he went to take another shower next morning and take the towel off, the bar fell down on his head. Came right out of wall. There was a big wet stain on the ceiling above our bed as if they had a flood on floor above us. I thought the ceiling was going to fall on us while sleeping. The ice machine was not working. I couldn't wait to leave. Not ever coming back again.

Clean room and bedding, just needed minor paint touch-ups but nothing major. Staff was helpful. The only negative was the lack of breakfast choices and my room card kept needing to be re-programmed everyday. Otherwise, I would stay here again if I wanted to save money.

The facility was very dirty & outdated. Several items needed repair or replacement. Some of the facilities staffers were dressed inappropriately. The facility was clearly under staffed or mis managed.

My no smoking room smelled like smoke. They gave me another one that was better. Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is shabby. Not worth the money. I would rather sleep in a box under a bridge.
