Terrible customer service. Dirty smelly rooms. Ice machine broken. Roaches fighting for territory right in front of u.

Nothing worked right. No ice machine, air conditioner hardly works and the roaches are so bad

It stink like smoke and the breakfast was cereal bagels and oatmeal drug needles in parking lot it was a bad stay need to be done over the whole hotel its just old and stink

My daughter and I went to the hotel, it immediately smelled like weed and did not resemble the pictures from Expedia AT ALL. We checked in for exactly 3 minutes and checked right back out. The woman at the #desk was so kind and gave us a refund immediately.

we got a room with bad smell and the staff helped to move us to another room very quickly. overall, the rooms were good, and quite at night.

Affordable, neat rooms, friendly host! Rooms over exceeded my expectations, I will return some day.

Room was well cleaned however the carpet and hallway dirty and smelly . The cigarette smell was coming into the hallway of the non smoking area. Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee, toasts, gelly and orange juice.

I will say the staff was good when you approached them but not very attentive or welcoming otherwise. Guess that’s what happens when they cannot be seen while sitting in their chairs behind the receptionist desk and bullet proof glass. As soon as entered the building, both my 13 year old son and me smelled pot, and that smell was constant for 3 days. There are several sections of carpet missing from the halls. We walked into a room that had urine in the toilet, stains on the bedding, and a night stand containing an alarm clock and phone that were straight out of 1980 and showed every bit their age. The AC took a while to adjust the room but once it did it was much more comfortable and slowly decreased the lingering smell of pot. The welcome binder was dusgusting, stained, sticky, very old and out of date. Having been warned to use the chain lock on the very first page (even before the welcome page), we noticed the lock and chain was extremely rusty and partly pulled from the wall as if someone had tried breaking in before. Every drawer of the dresser had old liquid stains and did not appear clean. I did a thorough inspection of the mattresses because this had every sign of some unwanted gues’s, but thank god we did not see any. The tv service and WiFi was horrible. Make note there are absolutely no amenities here; no pool, no gym, and barely a lobby at best. The continental breakfast was toast, cereal, or packaged muffins along with juice, milk and coffee. Will not go again.

No elevators, so pack light, other than that other was a comfortable stay

The lobby of this Econo Lodge has a foul odor of weed and cigarette smoke. This makes for a terrible welcome to guest. The Lobby appears empty poorly decorated. Fortunately our room was clean and well maintained but the lobby was a reflection of the area the lodge is located in.

The hotel was 2 stories high with no elevator. I had several bags, meds, coolers to bring upstairs. The TV did not give you all the channels that were showing on tv guide. Breakfast was cereal and a packaged muffin. I did get coffee, since there was no coffee in the room. The refrigeratir and microwave worked fine. No pool.

The room smells so bad. It’s full of nicotine and cannabis smell. Bad experience.

Staff was horrible. Hotel is old. Rooms in disrepair.
