Nothing Dirty staff rude holes in walls sink coming off the wall one towel wash clothes for two people was told they have no more to give us

There were roaches in the room climbing on the walls.

Nothing at all Everything thing was dirty towels was not clean wholes were in the was hot water didn’t work was hard to open the room door

Tub is Mildew the toilet seed wasn’t on

just for me to be told my room couldn’t be switched the dog poop won’t be picked up and they can’t change my toilet seat or blankets. i am homeless and rely on a safe comfy space to rest my head. i dont have money to waste. i am more than pissed i even had to pay for my own room to be changed

Aside from the roaches hanging out in the cousins in the first room in a broken toilet seat dude the employees always makes it great

It wasn’t too far from our destination Non smoking room reeked of marijuana. Ac filters were so thick with dirt you couldn’t see the filter. Has to go out and buy Lysol and clean air filters. I cleaned them to try getting rid of the marijuana smell.tv remote kept falling apart. Front desk was behind bullet proof glass, which was alarming so when card in room said to use phone to dial 0 if anything was needed, we tried that. Phone was broken, pieces missing and unable to dial. For safety, went out before dark and let office know before they closed because we needed to know how to check out. They said, yeah phone doesn’t work. No solutions. After dark yelling and fighting outside , happening throughout the night and into early morning..

Nothing not one thing was good about this hotel. We tried two rooms the first room was filthy body fluids all over the sheets. The front desk moved us to another room and it was worse body fluids all over the sheets. It felt like something was going to jump off the bed on to you without even touching it

Not up to my standards by a long shot.... It reminded me of a weekend "hook up" motel. Very noisy at all hours of the night..
