Place need a lot of work rooms need painting security door broke people hanging around front lobby electrical outlets not working just terrible

Room was damaged and smelled. Awful experience.

I will call customer relations to report my experience. I already called customer care with notes.

We also went down to ask for help and we were informed there was no front desk, staff available until a certain time in the morning

They breakfast was great and the room was cleaned.. The elevator to the third floor. Its terrifying made horrible sounds, in need of repair. Poor customer service at front desk. Representative is always missing. Phone went unanswered at the front desk, the entire time l was there.

Clean rooms but poorly maintained property! Chipped paint, freezer snowed in, lamps missing bulbs or not working. TV buffering every couple mins & sticking all day! Phone missing buttons & front desk not answering! Old furniture & worn mattress!

The room was clean and the was friendly.

The property was very outdated. The furniture was old and the bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. I only stayed for one night for a concert. Didn’t try the breakfast because of the condition of the room and property. If you staying for one night it will suffice.

The location was near a lot of stores. And not far from my concert venue. There was a hole in my bathroom wall. The sockets did not work in the bathroom. The pillow were cut in half and mini half size and only two. I asked the front desk for a few more and they had none available. There was a big black trash bag in the room where the ice machine was from the time we arrived and when we left. The ice machine did not work on our floor and when we went to the first floor. Its smelled like urine. Right on the side of the machine. Everything was old and outdated. The elevators smelled like crabs and urine mixed together. I told the front desk clerk immediately about the hole in the wall and the sockets not working and she didn't seem like it was a big deal, she said "ok". We saw a man doing drugs right outside the door. This place was very scary I was afraid to walk around alone. The breakfast was one waffle. No eggs, bacon or personal containers of syrup. The juice was not sweet. Also there was no hotel bathrooms, when I arrived after a 4 hour drive i needed to use the restroom before checking in and was told they were no longer available due to being flooded all the time. EVERYTHING was just old and out of dated , there was caution tape around the breakfast area, and I thought that was scary as well. I am hoping for a refund.

THE BED, IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. WHEN I SIGNED IN AT THE DESK, I FELT SHE COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE FRIENDLY. SHE DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT TIME BREAKFAST STARTED. I FIGURED IT OUT WHEN I GOT READY TO CHECK OUT. SHE JUST GAVE ME MY KEYS TO THE ROOM AND ONLY 1 KEY WORKED. JUST MY OPINION!!!

Almost got stuck in the elevator. Room reeked of smoke even though signs say smoke free. A bunch of the outlets in the room didn't work. Dudes smoking pot out front. People screaming in the hallway during the night. If it was cheaper I'd get it, but it's still kind of expensive, just not worth what it costs.

The lamps were old and dated, the shower was slippery. The towel rack was broken. The elevators were very scary with the noises they made. The ice bucket had a hole in it. We requested 2 more pillows, which we never received, we went out and brought 2 more ourselves.zt

Good hotel with no Wifi. Don't expect too much. Room was clean. Breakfast basic. We didn't get wifi in our room. But other than that, an okay place to spend a night or two.

Staff couldn't get me any plastic utensils when the breakfast bar was closed, so I had to eat my Chinese leftovers using coffee stirs like chopsticks. But its cheap. Like 100 bucks on a Saturday, 300 for a 4 day stay cheap. So really, these complaints are small potatoes. No pests. Free WiFi. Housekeeping came every day to change the bed and towels. Will probably be back again tbh.
