We also went down to ask for help and we were informed there was no front desk, staff available until a certain time in the morning

Not bad at all

Clean rooms but poorly maintained property! Chipped paint, freezer snowed in, lamps missing bulbs or not working. TV buffering every couple mins & sticking all day! Phone missing buttons & front desk not answering! Old furniture & worn mattress!

The room was clean and the was friendly.

The property was very outdated. The furniture was old and the bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. I only stayed for one night for a concert. Didn’t try the breakfast because of the condition of the room and property. If you staying for one night it will suffice.

Almost got stuck in the elevator. Room reeked of smoke even though signs say smoke free. A bunch of the outlets in the room didn't work. Dudes smoking pot out front. People screaming in the hallway during the night. If it was cheaper I'd get it, but it's still kind of expensive, just not worth what it costs.

Good hotel with no Wifi. Don't expect too much. Room was clean. Breakfast basic. We didn't get wifi in our room. But other than that, an okay place to spend a night or two.

Staff couldn't get me any plastic utensils when the breakfast bar was closed, so I had to eat my Chinese leftovers using coffee stirs like chopsticks. But its cheap. Like 100 bucks on a Saturday, 300 for a 4 day stay cheap. So really, these complaints are small potatoes. No pests. Free WiFi. Housekeeping came every day to change the bed and towels. Will probably be back again tbh.

This place was subpar and gross. Given keys to 3 different rooms, 2 the AC did NOT work and the 3rd was absolutely disgusting. Major updates are needed. I requested a refund.

Great location.

This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease.

Didn't eat breakfast this time because my last stay breakfast was terrible Some real food like some eggs sausage bacon

Bedbugs, some gym equipment dont work Or broken. Staff will gym u an attitude for anything

The staff was nice that’s it The building look like it should be condemned I had to be moved because the bathroom was leaking then the room I was moved to something was biting me bathroom was damn bear falling apart
