Quality Inn Near Joint Base Andrews - Washington Area

Good hotel with no Wifi. Don't expect too much. Room was clean. Breakfast basic. We didn't get wifi in our room. But other than that, an okay place to spend a night or two.

Staff couldn't get me any plastic utensils when the breakfast bar was closed, so I had to eat my Chinese leftovers using coffee stirs like chopsticks. But its cheap. Like 100 bucks on a Saturday, 300 for a 4 day stay cheap. So really, these complaints are small potatoes. No pests. Free WiFi. Housekeeping came every day to change the bed and towels. Will probably be back again tbh.

This place was subpar and gross. Given keys to 3 different rooms, 2 the AC did NOT work and the 3rd was absolutely disgusting. Major updates are needed. I requested a refund.

The location was fine. I was station at the Air Force base before. That was the reason for my selection.The lady at the front desk was great. She gad to deal with numerous complaints. That was the only good experience I had. I have stayed at other Quality Inn before. This one need to revamped seriously. When I checked in the first room look like the floor hasn't been sweeped, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling,missing the sheer curtain on the window, the window was cracked. Then I requested a different room. The second room was a little better,but the television was limited on channels, and they were to fuzzy to see the picture. The shower head needed to be tighten,so it sprayed water everywhere. The shower didn't drain very well and if maintenance would have look in the drain they would have seen the problem (hair blockage). The room smell. Had to spray air freshener in the room.

This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease.

I had to be moved because the bathroom was leaking then the room I was moved to something was biting me bathroom was damn bear falling apart

The whole hotel smells like weed and cigarettes. Not a family hotel. Nothing!! It says it is nonsmoking and the whole hotels smells in the rooms and the hallway.

Customer service is good.
