Averagely okay. Break fast was below my expectations

The room was damp and musty, had a stale like smell in the air. The air conditioner was missing a lot of buttons, and it was broken at some case. The wall had paint pee, and they patched over some of the plaster coming off the ceiling dirty stuff just wasn’t good.

The parking spaces in the front of the entrance to the lobby needs to have more room to maneuver around

Clean room but staff not reliable. I forgot my expensive perfume in room, I called right away and front desk employee stated she will send house keeping to look and will get back to me, but still no answer. Texted facility no res.ponse. Called again and no one answered. However, the night staff that checked us in was very nice.

Didn’t go in expecting much But was disappointed when given the first room as the air conditioner and wifi didn’t work. Thankfully the front desk was able to quickly accommodate a change and the next room was far better. Also the fridge in my next room didn’t work but again the staff was quickly able to sort that out. The property wasn’t too well maintained and was outdated but for the price and location it was good enough

Did not end up staying . Place was not safe. Bum passed out on the stairs. Crack heads sitting outside. Safer environment

Place need a lot of work rooms need painting security door broke people hanging around front lobby electrical outlets not working just terrible

We also went down to ask for help and we were informed there was no front desk, staff available until a certain time in the morning

They breakfast was great and the room was cleaned.. The elevator to the third floor. Its terrifying made horrible sounds, in need of repair. Poor customer service at front desk. Representative is always missing. Phone went unanswered at the front desk, the entire time l was there.

Clean rooms but poorly maintained property! Chipped paint, freezer snowed in, lamps missing bulbs or not working. TV buffering every couple mins & sticking all day! Phone missing buttons & front desk not answering! Old furniture & worn mattress!
