Room was nice, staff was nice, parking not so good, nothing around for dinning except wawa,

The mattress smells nasty It’s cheap anyway

It was nothing good about this property. Rooms smells bad. The beds are bad

Uber on my phone I came from out of town for my daughter's graduation. I didn't like the facility terrible rooms unsafe facilities people hanging out around the building I felt like I got catfished the pictures online looked totally different than in person false advertisement in my opinion terrible experience I did not stay at your facilities The front desk lady told me that the key machines not working and that she rather let me in manually unheard of unbelievable so therefore I had to go and make an emergency booking at another hotel that same night which was sad put me in a unsafe prediction and I paid way too much for the other hotel that I stayed at for one night. I didn't get any sleep because of the predicament I was put in when I arrived at your facility. I had to read book my staying arrangements at quality inns and suites the next morning it cost me more money I lost money dealing with an unsafe booking at your guys facility. In the future please do not catfish people with pictures that don't match the facilities the key machine did not work at your facility how is someone going to tell someone that a guest from out of town that will have to let me in and out of my room each time I need to step out. Unheard of never have I ever been put in a predicament like I was the night of my arrival into your city first impression last impression I'm very upset out I was misled with your pictures on the internet

Public hairs in the beds..once I pulled the covers back..and they wouldn't refund my money

I which i can give this place a negative 💯. Very terrible place to go. I wonder how/why this place is still in business. It looks like if care is not taking people can be adopted in this terrible place. Please DO NOT go here no matter how cheap the price appears! It a trip. Safe yourself by adding few dollars to your money for much better place. Be warned!!!

Its an okish property. Room floor was not clean. Other than that everything was ok. It is the cheapest among the nearby hotels

There was so many roaches there the place was horrible and rundown but the safe was nice

The room that I booked was unavailable and they gave me a room with 2 queen bed. The dresser was falling apart. The entire hotel smell like food even inside the room. I didnt stay and asked for a refund.

Absolutely disgusting with roaches everywhere. The staff was kind but not much they could do about the place being horrendous. It was so bad we booked another place the second night. Biggest waste of money.

Nothing They took my security deposit even though I left the room clean and undamaged.

It was close to my event venue. I didn't like that there were roaches very visible soon after we walked in the room. The bathroom sink and toilet were clogged. We had to get a plunger and unclog them in order to use them. When I told the Conceriege, she said she would put in a work order. This is truly unacceptable. To all the Military who serve and protect our great U.S.A. , it is a disservice.

Yes my only complaint for this is the pillows, bring your own pillows
