They charge you for everything. No room service and $10 charge for clean towels and wash clothes. I had roaches in my bathroom. I booked a 2 night stay and management knocked on my door and told me I was only charged for 1 night and had to come back to the main desk to be charged again.

The Front Desk Staff Gloria ,Courtney ,Aquilla amazing Customer Service =exceptional Paige Assistant manager Horrible and Rude and stereo types people with disabilities and also stated my animal was a pitbu;; and he is not. also she entered my room knowing the key card was not working and tried to force herself in my room 3 times within an hour and its highly unacceptable I was charged also for my service animal that she placed on stating she is sorry her staff was not trained properly and the first 2 nights my first room did not have ac. than they claimed they gave a discount but it evened out because they charged for my disability animal.
