My overall experience was good. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The room met the standard i like and would recommend staying there.

Great Service!

I love the beautiful scenery. The hot tub was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice and clean. Hey customer service was good I then I like the pool was peeling. It was nice safe to swim. I was very disappointed, and I think they need to do some upgrades.

Exceptional

Nice facilities. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to Matro station was not running but walk was not bad.

The bed was okay- not as dirty as everything else. The hotel was awful. Disgusting. Filthy. The rugs were awful. This was near Andrew’s Airforce Base and it’s disgraceful that Military families may stay here.

Security in rear of building could be better

It was 10 minutes from my cousin residence Shuttle bus not working

The room could used a touch of updating. They need more towels in the bathroom. Overall the place quite .

It was convenient for our out of town stay.

The only problem i had was when I first arrived their were problems with getting into the hotel room it took 5 different rooms for the key card to give me access and I made reservations the key cards wouldn't work

I requested to be moved and they graciously obliged and gave me a room on the 4th floor.

Rooms… are just uncomfortable. Not super clean and just need help overall. Walls are super thin and the whole place is muggy. I didn’t want to sleep in there. People hanging out, smoking right in front of the hotel. Junkies hanging around. Not fun.

Great place will stay again

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amount of parking and breakfast is a NO. After checkout I got breakfast from somewhere else.

I really enjoyed my stay

The outside appearance and the lobby give false hope once you enter the room itself. The carpet in the hallway and in the room is filthy and it was mold in the shower.

Room was average but perfect for what we were there for. I requested the rooms be next to each other or on the same floor and booked well in advance but that didn’t happen so I was disappointed, but breakfast was good and hotel was clean.
