Days Inn by Wyndham Camp Springs/Andrews AFB DC Area

The staff at the Days Inn are horrible. They need to go back to class for customer service.

The staff was horrible. They need training on customer service.

Microwave did not work. Fridge did not have a freezer area. AC made terrible noise that either kept me awake or woke me up. Room sorda smelled.

The Staff is not friendly at all need new staff immediately

It is a relaxing stay

When the lights went out, the roaches came out. The refrigerator had packs of ice so that you could not put anything in the freezer, to be cold.

Couple of the staff member are very rude and nasty to customer. They do not know how or give great customer service.

Bed bottom and back board made a lot of noise, The refrigerator wasn't on at all not sure if it was working. The lamp wasn't coming on and the lights was flickering. Other then that it was cool.

Wasn't too dirty but was super put dated. Bed sheets were stained and pillow cases too. That was gross. But bed was comfortable. Good thing i brought my own blankets 😌

The fridge and microwave worked and everything seemed clean.

Not bad with room for truck and trailer. Only coffee and muffin for breakfast

The room is was clean but the property is dated. Bed old and sunk in the middle.

The staff was very unattentive and was too busy into a cell phone call to conduct your business... the room has bed bugs and I checked out at in the middle of the night cause they was biting me all night... the clerk was sleep under a cover and I had to knock on window to get his attention.. I always gave yall a good rating but I will never go to a days inn again... bed bugs bed bugs

Budget friendly. Just a basic hotel to just stay at overnight if you're on a budget.
