Pool to cold to go in and the breakfast was below average.

Great location in reference to my destination Pets in breakfast area

beds slept very good, room was very clean including the bathroom. the pool didn't open till 10am, we got in late that night pool was closed and checkout time is 11am so didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool at all. just wish the pool would open earlier. there was a $150 holding fee on my debit card that i didnt know about until i checked in.

The original hotel booking we had fell through when that property booked our room even though they had no vacancies. Hampton Inn came through for us at like midnight. Rubi at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient working through everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel and guestroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't have breakfast but people seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of parking. I would stay again.

Was there for a service on that Sunday and needed to extend a late check out and was denied that request. Didn’t like how the staff member was rude about it when checking in

Location was good The room had not been cleaned. I went a purchase my own tub cleaner . They didn’t even vacuum because they left a corn chip bag under the table and a pink show for a Barbie doll under the chair.

The team member staffing the breakfast wasn’t helpful, a lot of the items were low and were not being refilled timely. For example there was no batter for the waffles.

This was my 2nd visit i really like the room size and the comfortable beds the location was excellent with plenty food places near Only thing I didn't like was bathroom sink water pressure was low and hot side didn't get hot

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Will stay again if/when we return to Louisville.

Not enough pool towel. Had to use room towels and when asking the front desk staff for more to talents shower, I was told that the max towels allowed were two Sets. Which wasn't enough because I had about 5 people
