Hampton Inn & Suites Camp Springs/Andrews AFB

Friendly staff, breakfast and coffee good.

Had an amazing night. Easy check in just wish we had access to the pool during our stay

I did not like anything about this place. This was my first bad experience with Hampton Inns. The light went out and we were in darkness for about 30 mins. Then the breakfast was horrible!

What I didn’t like was when I was checking in the recession is had an attitude. She the front face of the property she didn’t say hello or welcome. When I arrived she wasn’t at the front desk. Her attitude was very rude. So I’m not sure if I’ll stay there again. Customer service is everything

Very comfortable, We were visiting family and the beds felt like clouds. It was very clean and enjoyed the breakfast and daily variety. My kids love pools but unfortunately unless you like ice baths I wasn't a fan and feared they would catch a cold going into an icy pool. I loved that it was indoors just wish it was heated at least

The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the comfortable accommodations thank you for everything you did to make our family gathering a good experience No complaints

Good location Advertised a shuttle service but you had to book it and it stopped running at 3pm - no point in using it if you’re doing tourist things. & the guy at the front desk was really rude and acted bothered that we asked at all. Also our AC didn’t work well. They said we had to set it higher for it to work & it got a little cooler but not great.

Very Clean rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and parking was free and available.

The breakfast was delicious! It was so clean and well maintained. The staff was great. I have no negative feedback.

The Pool wasn’t working during our stay. My kids were so excited to use the pool but unfortunately the receptionist said that someone pulled the light off the pool that day and the were still waiting for someone to fix it.

Very very clean rooms. Everything looked brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location for me is convenient for what I have to do. Clean comfortable rooms for the price

Pool was out of order, which was very disappointing to us. But hotel was nice otherwise, I liked that we could log into our netflix and such on the tv. We got a suite that had 2 beds and a sofa bed, the room was large!
