Nothing at all! For what I paid I could have slept in my car! I do not recommend! Steps because I have bad knees and back. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the ac was on but felt like a heater, plaster falling from the ceiling, had a phone but didn’t work etc. Had to open the door to get the room cool which was Dangerously! I wouldn’t let my dog stay there!

Despite me going to the desk several times to let them know . That it wasn't working no one ever came ro the room to fix it. So the two days I spent were hot . Very unhappy experience

Secondly, the walls and ceiling of the room and bathroom had all kinds of unfinish/unpainted drywall patches. There were also bad caulking and silicone staining and damage through the bathroom. The room did not have it's own telephone to contact the front desk at all. We had a king size bed but it only had two of the smallest pillows ever used on a bed ever. We requested extra from the front desk and they took nearly and hour to bring more. As well as other nights we requested towels and they never came. Lastly we tried to call the hotel desk even from our phones and they never answered.

Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!

Not clean but

Air conditioning did not work. Theres no working wifi at all in the back section of the building. The smell of marijuana. Horrendous Just overall bad experience

I love that there is a Laundry Facility at this location it makes things much easier to be honest with you.

The carpet was dirty, very dirty, and it had an odor that went with you when you left. I think there were some kind of bugs in there as well. I couldn't stop scratching. The room was a shambles. Oh, they had clean sheets that looked like they were clean on the bed, but the room was very unset.!!!

Every was clean but u can tell the hotel is old and it mode in some of the bathrooms The room was extremely cold the switch rooms but it was cold in there to and it was private to cancel and find another room so I only stay one night not the two I book I was not compensated for me and my kids being cold all night nd they didn't give us extra blanket or nothing

The room had working ac We had to make a whole separate booking because the hotel had for some reason set the booking for the next day

Have a lot of shopping and fast food close

Yes, the National Park is close by along with spots and places where you can go to have a great time. But once I got there to check-in at Rodeway the young last had did everything and I was about to get assigned and room and I tell her it's a Gift Card but she was not hearing that and no this is not her fault it's the company's fault because in this real world we live in not everybody has a bank account and or card let alone one with a damn chip in it like only banks have those so with all that being done I was not able to check into the room like I had planned to do I had the money but you all are just against gift cards and bank cards which has chips in them, Come on though y'all let's make it make some sense please and thank you.

The breakfast was fine minutes the Waffle which is the main reason why I love going to these hotels especially da ones that offer #ContinentalBreakfast which is a major plus in my books always and forever. If its broken you all make the money buy a new one or get it replaced and let's get back to what the customers love and like that keeps us coming back. And get them heaters fixed I needed some heat one nite it was freezin in that room #122 Only reason I ain't go and complain or get my room switched was because I was already tired and just ready to lay down and rest but the heat does not work at all in that room and I ran it just to make sure and at 90 it still blew out cold air which I wasn't looking for at all. Other than those two things this will always b part of my #FaveSpots
