Amazing stay! Downtown area and restaurants are a short walk. Area was clean, rooms are clean and the breakfast is amazing!

Room was clean, pool was clean lady working night shift was present and always had a smile on her face. Morning shift lady seemed like we bothered her when asked for pool towels.

The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best selection but I’d definitely stay again!

The place was clean and the staff was very nice. But it's an older, smaller hotel and the amenities are below par compared to other BWs. Breakfast was fine, but the area was small and crowded. Vending machines were out of order. My TV remote was balky. It's not a bad place, but there are better options close by.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were wonderful, the place clean, the pool area nice, etc. The only thing that would have made the place better would have been a drinking fountain with a fill station for water bottles somewhere on the premises.

comfy... and endearing. Nothing fancy, but very well~ tended... secluded and plush in it's own way. Definitely no regrets, and a superb value overall.

decent breakfast... serene pool/ hot tub surrounding complete with soft music in the backdrop... fridge/ microwave/ coffee maker/ AC/ hair~ dryer/ TV/ soft lighting and even softer beds and pillows... all add to a basically plush rest without being fancy or being priced fancy.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. The room selection was very nice and exactly what we saw on line. We were here for a quick overnight. Breakfast the next morning was delicious 😋 The coffee was great too! Prices were reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel without hesitancy. Thank you for a nice stay.

The room was very clean, but breakfast definitely could’ve been better. The bed was comfortable, but I was woken up by people arriving to work outside my room and setting up for the day. Had I know that people would be loading their carts right outside the door I was in, I would’ve asked for a different room. The choices for breakfast were not very good.

The location was lovely, situated in Old Town Clovis. Great access to restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property was very clean and quiet and well-run. The staff was efficient and polite, but somewhat aloof. Breakfast had many options, with the pre- cooked options (eggs, sausage, poratoes) being the least desirable. It was an excellent value for the price. I would stay here again.
