Well located but a bit tired.

Breakfast was good. Bed was awful, uncomfortable and no support. There was no air conditiiner during the day (96 degree day) and no heater at night in my room.

It is clean and safe. I left a personal item and called 3 hours after I left and they had already thrown it to the trash. I would recommend to wait 1 day at least to see if the guest wants the item back.

The staff was super helpful, especially when I checked in with some unusual circumstances. They didn’t hesitate to help me out, and later shared pics of our brand new grandchildren with each other. The initial welcoming set the tone for the week I was there

The room had a water leak and smelled moldy. Had nice customer service.

The thing about low cost hotels is that you get low cost customers. Had to book here as all the nicer places were fully booked. Rude neighbors letting doors fly shut at full speed at 6 am, got a random 5 am wakeup call we did not request and an unapologetic staff about it. Room upgrades were done poorly, couch and chairs were pretty worn and stained. 1 roach or water bug was found in the bathroom. Bed was incredible however. Would pay good money to own that mattress. Windows do not come close to black out, you will rise with the sun. Biscuits and gravy were great. Elevator was sketchy. 2/5

The absolute worst stay , had to change room three times due to faulty room doors , checked out 2 days earlier due to rooms smell (old and stained furniture) and management’s rudeness , save your money and piece of mind and stay somewhere else .

Because I had booked through Expedia, they would not change my room when the one I was given smelled strongly of urine. My two options were to sleep in that room, or make a separate reservation and pay for a different room, which they had plenty of availability for. The room was an accessible room, which I hadn't needed so they could have given me any other room. The urine smell was typical of what can be found where people with special needs are cared for. Just far too strong to sleep through. I ended up paying to stay at an entirely different hotel, and getting no money back.

The breakfast was nice and yummy Sink was leaking. Found a dead cockroach. Furniture was very outdated and stained.

The location is close to the Circle and one can walk to a great meal. It is a quiet area and close to everything. Staff goes out of the way to assist with everything and the breakfast is great.
