Ramada by Wyndham Cocoa

Rooms could use some updating. Our rooms air conditioning went out and we had to be moved to another room. For a non smoking property, there sure was a smoke cloud of marijuana. Breakfast was bland. Staff were extremely helpful when we needed a new room.

Fast, easy check in. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Accessible to lots of eateries and shops.

As a vegan, I didn’t eat breakfast. As for the room, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. The room was generally clean.

Covered walkways it like a private garden. The pool is very nice but it was down when i stayed.

Terrible experience. I checked in and couldn't get into my room. I went back to the lobby, returned my card, and went to rent somewhere else. Horrible atmosphere outside. Definitely not a hotel.

I stayed at the Ramada in Cocoa, FL, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The room felt worn down, the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, and several amenities advertised online weren’t actually available. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which made check‑in and questions frustrating. I expected a simple, comfortable stay, but this property fell short in too many areas.

Las camas fueron confortables, pero el cuarto necesita mejoras y no estaba completamente limpio. Había un poco de basura en el piso al lado de una de las camas y la lámpara llena de tela de araña. El desayuno estuvo bastante aceptable ya que incluye opciones "calientes", cereales, frutas, jugos variados, café, etc. La piscina No estuvo disponible ninguno de los dos días sin razón aparente, cuando pregunté en el mostrador. En los alrededores sólo hay un IHOP al cruzar la avenida, un Dunkin Donuts y un Subway al lado, por si no tienes transportación disponible. Bien localizado para los que van a tomar un crucero, razón por la que realicé la reservación. No volvería a quedarme aquí al menos que lo remodelen o mejoren el precio por lo ofrecido.

The staff was polite and check in/out was very easy. The room was extremely dirty. Our socks turned brown from walking on the floor which was covered with dirt and things dragged in from outside. The shower was unusable and completely stained on the bottom, to the point that we thought it was a shower mat at first. The curtain and bedsheets both had stains. Even the disposable silverware in plastic bags felt slimey on the outside. We did not feel comfortable eating the complimentary breakfast given how dirty the room was. And the surrounding area did not feel safe at all, we left as soon as we could.

Rooms were in need of more cleaning attention. Bathtub was pealing and dingy. Shower curtain was dirty and torn.

Really convenient location, right off the highway. Breakfast included with the stay. Pictures were accurate, rooms were renovated. Toiletries in the bathroom smelled really nice. Booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms smelled of dirty bathroom and cigarettes (despite the clerk making me sign something to the effect that these are non-smoking rooms). But we were able to change to a different room. The room that I personally stayed in had no coffee pot for the coffee maker, and the toilet was loose. The base wasn’t sealed into the floor and the entire thing would move every time you used it. Also, the A/C was only so-so. It kept running but the room felt really humid. The included breakfast was hugely disappointing. Very watered down juices, something that looked like coffee, but didn’t taste like it, eggs that were super bland. The saving grace was the make your own waffles.

The hotel is good for the money I paid. The building is older but I can see they are actively working on it. Breakfast was great! We were here for a USSSA softball tournament so the location was great; enjoyed the pool; we were able to do laundry which was a huge time saver! Wi-fi was spotty two out of six days of our stay. My biggest complaint is our room was near their laundry so the employees tended to congregate outside and were very loud on the days we tried to sleep in.

had problems with A/C in one room, Staff did moved occupants to another room Main reason for booking this hotel was for the pool. The Pool was down due to filtration system being broke. Also the A/C's for the rooms couldn't keep up with the heat so the rooms were very warm.

The outside premises wasn't clean at all.
