The AC in our room didn't work well at all and shut off during the evening. The staff was not helpful as it pertained to explaining how to navigate the hotel, where to park, etc. Our bartender (a young lady) was very sweet and service minded.

Fabulous historic establishment. We joined the 250 July 4th celebrations here and Irma Hotel was the heart of everything. Loved it. Stayed in a historic room that was huge and plenty space for family of 5.

They could upgrade their beds and pillows. Walls are super thin. Breakfast is not included.

Beautiful, historic, special place. Quiet, helpful and courteous staff. Great buffet at the restaurant downstairs.

It seems that great care has been taken to preserve its history and architecture. Great, attentive staff. There was also a free reenactment of an old west shootout right outside the hotel. Fun!

Clean, plenty of towels and spacious room Was told free shuttle from airport which wasn’t the case, after a journey which took almost 24hrs did not need the agro of finding a taxi, however the staff at Cody airport couldn’t have been more helpful.

We stayed 2 nights with our grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed the charm and character of the Irma. Dinner was delicious (ribs) and the staff were friendly. Sadly, there was no gunfight because of a shortage of characters. Fun stay, would do it again!

Loved staying at this historic hotel. The location, staff, and rich history are wonderful. I look forward to staying again next time I’m in the area. There was nothing wrong with our stay.

Loved this historical hotel in Cody. It was clean, very roomy and even had a historic toilet. In the middle of all the stores, had a gun show in the street and the rodeo was right down the road.
