We enjoyed our stay. This is a great historic building. Each room is unique as I understand it. We had no issues, room was clean, tech worked fine, Having a relaxing drink out back at one of the tables under the trees is a highlight.

My wife and I stayed at the Chamberlin Inn on a Friday and Saturday night in late July 2026. We were immediately impressed with the cuteness of the boutique hotel as soon as we entered the doors. The small lobby was welcoming and had great decor. We paid $800 for the two nights. The rooms were not the largest, but all of them that we saw had great uniqueness and good amenities. Each room was slightly different from the next. No problem with sound between the rooms or coming from other parts of the hotel. Nice touch in giving guests a voucher for two complementary drinks in the bar. A musician played music outside in the back lawn area on Friday night. Table and chairs were set up on the lawn, which allow us to enjoy the music and good drinks. We were surprised that the lawn was not a little better maintained as far as grass height. We would recommend a little better lawn maintenance, which would allow us to be even more comfortable, enjoying the environment. A continental breakfast was provided in the morning, which was a nice touch, but we felt a little more effort could’ve been given to the food provided. No milk for the oatmeal, fruit was not cut up, and the pastries were obviously prepackaged and didn’t impress. We were there by 7:30am and it already needed to be restocked. Didn’t seem like there was a point of contact in the eating area to check on the food. The second day we skipped the breakfast and went to the Rooster Cafe. Overall, nice hotel.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of downtown Cody. Friendly staff and lively indoor/outdoor bar with live music.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The property and rooms are so clean beautifully decorated in keeping with its historic charm. The band playing great music just outside the small bar added to the atmosphere. I loved my stay here.

Good room but very small.

Beautiful, historic inn with gorgeous outdoor space. The free continental breakfast was great and there is a bar on site with live music 3 days a week. Note that there is no elevator and the bathrooms are tiny with most rooms only having a clawfoot tub with a shower curtain around it but that’s to be expected for the age of the building. The only critique would be that the sink needs to be replaced.

There were 2 issues that should be addressed. 1. The front desk staff the morning of 7/13 (middle aged female) was clearly overly involved in her laptop and phone conversation. It’s a very quaint environment and it offers no privacy for the desk staff. 2. When picking up my keys from beneath the bed skirt noted garbage under the bed. It really is a great property. Do better. It’s not a cheap overnight stay.

Beautiful place to stay right in downtown Cody.

Breakfast average and bed quite small but other than that decent
-
Our breakfast was very nice with delicious muffins, fruit and yogurt and the outside room was delightful!
-
Excellent location. Good muffins, etc. Fresh food. I know it's an old, historic building, but the showers nes upgrading -- odd placement of non-adjustable showerhead, weak pressure, uneven hot water.
-
Warmer water in showers.

Throw back to the past with a lovely garden, live music and bar

Charming, great location, beautiful property, great outdoor spaces.

Loved our stay at the Chamberlain. The very tasteful mix of the historic (rooms) with the modern solarium as well as the bright and sunny sitting room made for a totally delightful stay. Breakfast is fairly simple but healthy.

We were only at the hotel for 1 night. Everything was nice from the room to the outdoor garden. The continental breakfast was good.
