Had to clean hair off the bathroom floor when i got there. We stayed 5 days and not once did housekeeping come in and clean up, take garbage out or bring in more supplies. I had to call the desk to get more toilet paper

This is our favorite property in Cody! Close to family, great pool, walkable to all our favorite shops and restaurants! We'll be back!

The entire experience was excellent. We were grateful that the property was as good as advertised. It was also in a convenient area of town. If we ever return from our home in the east, that is where we will stay.

The room and hotel were both very clean. We had a minor issue with our original room and the staff were very accommodating and helped us get into a new room asap. Slept great and loved the built in reading lights next to the bed. Very close walking distance to downtown Cody shops and restaurants as well!

Awesome place and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Bartender was wonderful and the food was great. Hotel is within walking distance of town. We will stay again.

The breakfast was excellent!

In general a 10/10 specially the staff and the breakfast. Worth every penny. Also very convenient if you’re going to visit Yellowstone.

Housekeeping walked into our room at 8:00 a.m., wife came to the door wearing nothing but a bed sheet, to greet the staff member walking into the room. Check out is at 11:00, not 8.. went to front desk, nicely complained to management, told us they would refund our room, never did. Not happy at all. We got in at 1:00 in the morning, might have got to bed by 2:00. Not a very resting evening. Not sure what business housekeeping has walking into a room at 8:00 a.m. but not acceptable in our book.

Great location and staff

Very convenient location when entering Yellowstone park. I highly recommend the chief joseph highway & entering the park by the north east to hit Lamar Valley first thing in the morning

Great Location. Friendly Staff!

They dont have a sign up stating the breakfast is NOT included with the stay. I paid $95 for a family of 4 and the breakfast wasn't that good. Also, my daughter's bed i believe had bed bugs and I notified the front desk about this and they seemed as if it wasn't the first time. I understand they cant control this 100% (bed sheets changed before stay??) but you think they would have given a discount on the stay or something. I am completely turned away from all Holiday Inns now.

The staff were pretty unhelpful and not very welcoming. No one had mentioned anything about the WiFi access code when we checked in (yes, it was written on the card but not everyone read it) and combined with the unwelcome attitude of the front desk, the experience was just not good. Especially if you compare this property with the Comfort Inn next door where the staff were a lot nicer and you get complimentary breakfast, this property is just not worth the money because now you’re essentially paying the premium for the Holiday Inn brand but nothing else.

Everything was clean and in great shape. I thought it was too expensive and at the price it actually was it should have included breakfast and or drink vouchers.

Our bathroom sink was backed up and full of nasty drain stuff and when we used it, it did not drain. The shower did the same thing, water backed up through the shower drain. Would not stay there again
