Clean room and nice staff. Walkable to many restaurants and stores in downtown Cody

Upon checking in, It was a surprise after unloading car and luggage on a cart that our room was in a different building on the second floor. Had to reload everything back into car. Front desk person didn’t explain what door to use and that there was NO elevator! Breakfast was provided but in another different building. 3 out of 4 days we had to compete with tour groups for breakfast and seating was limited n crowded. Room service only upon request. It was a good base location for touring Yellowstone.

Booking description deceiving. Rooms are overpriced. Had problems with the TV working.

Checks all the boxes and was a great value. A few drawbacks: my room was in a separate building behind the main hotel and the breakfast area too was a half-block away across a parking lot beyond the Holiday Inn next door. In winter or for those with mobility challenges this would not be ideal. But I would stay here again!

There was no elevator in the 2 story building we were assigned. Our room was on the second floor. My sister has a heart condition. I wished I knew about the lack of an elevator when I made the reservation. The laundry room was in another building on the second floor with an elevator. We still had to carry laundry up and down the stairs in the building we were in.

We had a room on second floor and somehow it might be above the janitorial room or so. It woke me up because The noise was loud around 4:30am both days sound like getting ready to work and it’s last around 45 minutes to an hr.

Hotel moved breakfast to a next door restaurant because the hotel was booked. We got up for early breakfast and there was 30 or so people waiting out front of restaurant. That was disappointing and we didn't stay.

Excellent. Really enjoyed the place they had the breakfast and it was delicious! We are senior citizens and had to hike up about 12 stairs with our luggage. Didn't know to ask for a first floor room

There are 2 hotels. The main hotel and another hotel behind the main one. We were not in the main hotel. First in our hotel there is not an elevator so we had to haul everything up several steps to get to the 2nd floor. No pool on property. They share the Holiday Inn pool next door. Breakfast is in the back of a gift shop on the other side of our hotel and the Holiday Inn. Not a deal breaker, but if you have limited mobility it might be. Thankful that they cleaned our room while we were out, but they forgot to leave coffee pods for the next morning. I did not notice this until 5 in the morning. I walked to the main hotel to ask for some coffee pods and she looked in one cupboard and said I don't know where they are. She offered the lobby coffee that was made. That was nice, but irritating that I had to walk to the main lobby in the rain to get coffee, because she made zero effort to find any.
