Clean room. Great location right in town. The bed was very comfortable and the place had a nice cabin area in back to walk around that felt safe at night. Breakfast was ok but typical for hotels that offer free breakfasts. A very nice stay in Cody.

I was traveling with my grandson. The main building was full so we had to go to a building behind them and had to climb a full set of stairs with our luggage, thank goodness for my grandson because I am 74 years old. The room was fine, but, if you wanted breakfast, it was in another building altogether. The rate for the night was way too much, probably because of the rodeo.

We requested additional tissues and toilet paper. It took 2 days and it was delivered by tossing it on the floor at our door. No one bothered to come in and leave it on the counter. The small fridge had an odor. Additional pillows took 2 days delivery for the friends we traveled with. Calling the front desk for assistance is useless as they do not answer. Staff is polite however very slow. We were charged $279 a night which is incorrect and we are trying to resolve.

Finding ice was like a treasure hunt, don't trust the signage. The morning we were leaving, we literally had a housekeeping lady stand in the hallway watching us for 45 minutes. Pretty sure check out is 11am and this was at 8am. She couldn't be bothered to move the cart right in front of our door, either. It was a bit odd to feel rushed to get out of the room, hours prior to check out. We won't be staying at this place again. Pricing for lodging in Cody is outrageous!

Good breakfast and the staff very helpful. Thank you.
-
The lighting in the room was not very good, especially in the bathroom - Not Bright enough

Furniture and walls were beat up. Didn’t feel clean. Did not see a pool as noted in pictures. Room was in a second building in the back. No elevator.
-
Pool area was closed.

Great place to stay.

Great staff! Very clean, quiet property.
-
Just terrible set up !! No elevator in the building we stayed in!!! Very small parking lot for second building.

Very Clean, Friendly staff, great price, close to downtown so could walk to dinner. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive to making sure tables were being cleaned and ready for other customers to sit and eat. Breakfast was great, only issue is that the breakfast area to sit is very small and was not big enough to accommodate a team of softball players and visitors staying at the place. The staff was cleaning tables as soon as people got up to leave which was nice he was attentive to that and very friendly. Overall I would still give it a ten

The check-in and out were both easy and fast. The front desk clerks were all friendly, accomodating, and helpful. Toiletries were well stocked , the room is spacious, and lots of power outlets to plug in all your gadgets.

She didn’t make it sound difficult to get to, so we didn’t move the car. It was difficult for me to get my luggage there.

Great shuttle service, great front desk service and great room. Don’t book through hotel, book through booking.com. Saved $50.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed

Clean room, comfy beds, breakfast better than most continental breakfasts, staff has been great. Housekeeping doesn’t happen everyday of the stay but we’ve been given everything we’ve needed. I’m perfectly capable & happy to make my own bed! Would absolutely stay here again.
